Amazing car buying experience

The customer service was great. Went to see about getting a used car to lower my car payments and ended up buying a new car and even though my payments werent lowered I am extremely happy with the vehicle I purchased. My salesman Erick was awesome and my overall experience was amazing.

Recall Service

Wonderful experience! Smooth, easy process, professional, communicative staff. They did a multi point check just to make sure everything else looked good (it did). They didnt have to do this and I was grateful they did. They arranged a shuttle for me to be taken to/from the house. Was grateful to be the only one being transported. The work was done quickly and they even gave me a free car wash after. Thrilled with the experience! I wrote n/a for quality of repairs because I just dont know with the recall what was done or how it changes things but i am very grateful they are on it and making the necessary fixes.

Accommodating service department

I came in today with my 2020 Palisade for its first service visit. I had mistakenly made an appointment at another dealer but they quickly fit me in and took care of things. Appreciated not having to make a second trip!

Easy going and super fast!

The waiting area is like being in my own home, very comfortable and relaxed. The customer service was friendly, fast and outstanding. Grateful I bought my electric car here.

Excellent service

I had an engine failure in my 2013 Sonata. The Ron Tonkin service department confirmed the issue was a warranty issue and replaced my engine. This was accomplished in 5 business days. I am very thankful of their advocacy on my behalf and the speed of the repair.

We got a good car.

It took a while to get the car even though we were paying cash. We were probably there for over 3 hours and all they needed to do was run my debit card. They said they'd fill up my tank and they got me half a tank. Overall the guy was pretty nice but kept saying you'll be done shortly and then it would take a bit more. Decent price on the car and I'm not upset about my experience. just be prepared to be there for a bit and to kind of be stubborn about the extras. We took it to the mechanic and as promised no major issues.
