Really mediocre service all around

Excellent experience

Came in to lease a new Ioniq. Our salesman was wonderful. Very helpful and no pressure. Mehdi Jamil. He was amazing. The lease deal was fabulous! The car is beautiful.

BMS software fix

John was great in analyzing the problem and getting a very complex issue solved . He lent me a loaner while the car was in the shop at no cost to me.

Pharmacist

Great reception, great experience. Sales person explained everything about the car and installed the app in my phone. I was taken for test drive to get the feeling of the vehicle

Engine replacement without issue.

My car broke down in December and was towed over to Tonkin for a necessary engine replacement. My service writer, John, was so helpful in talking to the warranty department for possible assistance and walking me through the whole process. He kept me apprised of what was going on and made suggestions to help me with continued maintenance. I would gladly recommend their services for any repairs or services.

Tonkin is the best dealer in town 10 straight A's

Excellent service, they made it easy and they worked for me to get me into the right car for the right price and helped with every step. Very friendly staff and they even let me use their computer to get my insurance that day. Also the car I bought needed a replacement battery, so instead of sending me home without a ride, they let me use a loaner car until the next day when my car would be ready. This was the quickest and easiest experience buying a car I have ever had. They even made sure I had the right package, letting me know about dents and scratches insurance and a maintenance insurance package that will allow me to take my car to any official Ford dealership in the USA if anything mechanical or engine related needs fixing. And I even got a low interest rate and low monthly payments. I will absolutely be back again. Thank you Tonkin. I love my new car and I am so happy to be back on the road.
