Before I contacted Car Expo Auto about a Sequoia on their lot, I saw a lot of mixed reviews from customers. My husband and I decided to go see for ourselves. We were treated courteously and professionally. The Sequoia was exactly what I wanted and in great shape. The purchase process was quick...Kevin answered any questions we had patiently. Was interested in test driving and looking over a Dodge Charger with the intent to buy. The salesman was more interested in me verbally committing to purchase the car if I drove it and liked the way it drove. We took a test drive around one city block all right turns literally the worst test drive I've ever been on. The dealer was on his phone throughout the 3 hrs I was at the dealership they would rather pressure you into getting a car rather then telling you the warranties they offer or the after buying service they offer. Rookie sales staff, playground dealership.

We tried many other car dealerships before finding out about Car Expo. Here we were welcomed with professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care by the staff. Manny and Matt were the ones who helped us and made our car shopping an amazing experience. They did their very best in helping us get the car we wanted, a BMW M3. We enjoyed having business with them and We will recommend this place to all my friends. Car shopping should always be a joyous occasion and they sure made that possible for us. Way to go Car Expo!

First of all we have never felt we wanted to give a review on any car dealership until we went here. The best experience we have ever had purchasing a new or used Truck. They are very honest and informative about the vehicles they are selling, we got a great deal on a very nice 03 Toyota Tacoma with low miles with a extended warranty! Very nice comfortable atmosphere used car dealership, all the cars end truck are beautiful and in excellent condition, no pressure sales, professional courteous sales men and customer service. We were taken care with any question or detail that we had asked for right away,even after you drive away with your car every detail or promise is addressed, we would highly recommend this company to anyone. Matt end Suhill made us feel comfortable and well taken care from the minute we walked up to the time we drove off in our beautiful Tacoma. Don't go any where else until you see these guys first, it is the best deal you can get on a used Cars, every car on the lot is in beautiful condition, its almost hard to choose depending on your budget, and above all the best customer service, we literally felt we made a friendship with these guys, how often can you say that about a car dealership? I really appreciated that 95% of the cars for sale had only 1 previous owner. They proactively provided the CARFAX (which is the history of the vehicle) and provided any recent maintenance records. They don?t have a maintenance shop or a mechanic onsite. This is something that I look for because I don?t want my car being fixed, altered or maintained by the same person selling me a vehicle. Purchasing from Car Expo Auto Center was a smooth, fast, friendly painless process.

A nightmare experience where we were treated with bad attitude, rudeness and ignorance of a sales representative. Would not go back and will not recommend doing business with such place.

My wife and I had a very good experience at this dealership. Manny and the rest of the staff were very pleasant and straight to the point. We had already identified the vehicle we wanted through cars.com so we made the 2hour trip and they surpassed our expectations. We were done with the cash transaction in less than 30 minutes. We love the vehicle we got and all is well.
