Awesome 2002 Boxster purchase

Met with Brad and Josh with my wife to buy a Porsche Boxster. Great experience as they treated us great, after a brief test drive, we purchased the Boxster and could not have been more happier with the car. It was extremely clean and the guys went thru it thoroughly before we picked it up. First class operation - down to earth guys

They Are Good Guys

I ve bought at least 6 cars from owner Brad and Josh and never had a bad deal. Plus they fix whatever might go wrong and at times have not even charged me if they felt there was a defective part beyond my control; They also service all my vehicles .. They are fair, decent guys ..I've sent them friends and family and everyone is happy!

I purchased a 2007 car from New England Auto in Plainville , CT. We took it for a test drive and the check engine light came on . The sales person told me that the car would be checked over . He told me that the car would be ready in about four days. After four days ,I called and asked if the car was ready. I was told by the sales man that the car was leaking oil,and that they would need more time to repair the leak.I then waited until the car was repaired. I drove it home, and three days late the engine light came . I took it back to New England Auto they reset the check light and seven days later it came on again. I then took it to a dealership and they found several costly problems with the car. After owning the car for eight months, It has cost me over two thousands dollars in repairs, and I am still finding problems with the car, that should have been fixed before it left the lot. I have own over ten cars in my lifetime and this the worse car that I have ever own. I will never buy another car from New England auto and I will tell my relatives and friend not to buy at New England Auto.

Bought a used car from NEA

I would highly recommend this establishment for buying a used car. I just purchased a Volvo XC60 and had a minor problem in the first week and they stepped up big time. The purchase was effortless and easy, they did what they said and stood behind the purchase. Josh is so easy to deal with,no high pressure all about customer service. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone buying a used car and I will certainly be back whenever I or my daughter needs a car in the future.

Easy Going Ethical Guys

Brad and Josh are ethical guys that stand behind the cars they sell. We recently purchased a 2008 Volvo with 82K miles as a kids car. Obviously a car with higher miles can be concerning. However, NEAS completed an extremely comprehensive inspection and provided a detailed report. The report showed everything from depth of tire tread to life expectancy of brakes to items that have been replaced and when. One such item was the timing belt. NEAS recommended we have that changed and offered to do the work without any labor charge. They said they wanted to make sure we were not only satisfied but confident that car would survive our kids! We will definitely recommend NEAS to our family and friends should they have a car need.
