I purchased a used 2016 Fusion from Randy Wise Ford. I love the car so far, Thanks guys. I had a few concerns and Jason called me right away to get them resolved, which I really appreciated. Great vehicles at a great price.

Totally changed my mind about car dealerships. I have always hated shopping for cars because as a girl I feel I get taken advantage of but that changed when I met matt. So nice and honest about everything. Made the whole experience stress free and helped me with understanding everything. If you go to Randy Wise ask for Matt Kramer he is amazing.

All members of our family have now purchased vehicles from John Durand. Both, he and his son Johnny are excellent at customer service. Recently, our youngest son was in the market for a car and John helped him find exactly what he was looking for in a vehicle. Johnny was fantastic with going over all the features and his follow up was much appreciated.

I will never purchase a vehicle at any other dealership ever again. I am so impressed with this location and the employees here! I'd like to thank Tony Holland for the tremendous amount of work he did to help me decide on my purchase yesterday. Tony was so knowledgeable! He took the time to consult with his managers and other co-workers to ensure that he was giving me every possible option, and then took the extra time to thoroughly explain every option and work the numbers out with me. He was very transparent and never once made me feel as though he was trying to push me into making a certain decision. He acknowledged and addressed every single one of my questions and concerns and if he didn't have the answer, he made sure to find someone that did. He communicated with me through every step of the process, making sure to explain why each step was taking place, what the results of each step were, and how they affected me and my transaction. Having had a less than pleasant experience at a different dealership 2.5 years ago, I was dreading having to go through all of this all over again.
