Randy Wise Ford

I had my tires replaced since I was having some warranty work done by the dealership. They damaged my rims and refuse to accept responsibility. The truck has 52,000 miles on it so it is out of warranty, they told me I need to contact Ford. Ford did not damage the rims, Randy Wise did.

Never did I think I would be able to drive a brand new car within my budget and it be something I loved. But John Durand proved me wrong! He was super helpful and did everything he could to get me into my 2019 Ford Escape. Thank-you

2013 Sierra 1500 transmission had to be repaired 6 wks after purchase. Sales said that the Wise Mechanics certified everything was good. No warranty and no extended warranty offered. So much for the sales and mechanic credibility. I wonder what they really knew. Don't buy a used car from this outfit. No remorse let alone any sympathy oar an offer for assistance.

Great customer service, Morgan, the lady who set my appointment up was great.. My salesman was awesome, Morgan set me up with him.. Randy wise brought a car from their Flint center to Ortonville for me to test drive, I thought that was great on both dealership sides.. Just a great experience overall and I will go back and recommend them to friends and family..

I would recommend this dealership in a heartbeat. My salesman was Chris Boan and he handled all the details for purchasing my Escape. I also had John and Johnnie helping with Chris. I usually had to be at a dealership for a few hours while buying a car. At Randy Wise they had my paper work all ready so I didn’t have to be there forever. They also were very good at explaining the features of my car.
