Oil Change on my Jeep
I made an appointment - Dropped off my Jeep. The only service that I needed was an oil change, rotate tires and check the air bag light that is on continuously. They kept my jeep for two days. Had to order the part for the air bag light, so that is still not fixed. Every time I tried to call I go transferred several times and never received call backs. I was going to upgrade my Jeep there but I will go to another Jeep dealer now.

The perfect place to go if you like being played
I imagine that it's really frustrating for a manager at this dealership to see 1 star reviews that could've been 5 if it weren't for a xxxxxxx financing employee. When my wife went into the financing office they attempted to sell my wife stuff she said no to multiple times, then they became rude and snappy and two days later tried to have my wife come in by herself so that she could have her sign new paperwork with a different financing terms hoping she wouldn't see the change in paperwork since I was the one who looked over everything initially. If you don't mind sitting through the car buying process and rightfully wondering if you're getting screwed, then this is the place for you!

I was uncomfortable with the service depart from minute one
I wasn't acknowledged at the service area even though there were 3 employees at their service desks. I did not have my Jeep serviced at this dealership, I left after the communication I had with this department. I wrote an email to the general manager about my experience and never received a response. If you choose to have your vehicle serviced at this location be prepared for it to be an unpleasant experience. I will continue to have my Jeep serviced at a different location where my business is most appreciated.

Used car purchase
Sales staff, great. Detail department not good. Warranty department has not returned calls after four attempts. Maybe they don?t want to honor warranty, wish they would at least tell me.

2015 Jeep Willys
Customer service was excellent. Our only issue was someone placed a web hold on the Jeep online while we were test driving the vehicle. When we got back from the test drive and started the process, we were informed they had to hold it. Near closing same night, we received call that the Jeep was released from hold.

2019 Grand Cherokee Overland Friday 28 June
Cody, Dee and Canin were very nice and made the buying experience pleasant. Wonder people all around. Cody helped us from the start answering questions and narrowing our selection down. Dee got our focus to a single Overland and a test drive. Great experience. Canin attested with the financing and the mounds of paper one must sign. Great teamwork. I could not find a procure or pamphlet about the Grand Cherokee we purchased. Bought it anyway.

No after sale agreement held up
Dealer agreed to repair windshield as part of sales agreement. It s like pulling teeth to get them to respond. Still haven't gotten it fixed almost 3 weeks
