Best Dealership Experience
When I arrived at the dealership I had a good idea of what I was looking for and how much I wanted to spend. At no point did I feel the classic high pressure sales tactics that many often associate with car buying. After the perfect vehicle for me was found there were no stressful negotiations. They were more than happy to price match another dealership and even managed to get me a better interest rate than my preapproved financing that I arrived with. I plan to drive my new Jeep until the wheels fall off but when the time comes for another vehicle you can be sure I?ll return to this dealership. Best car buying experience I?ve ever had.

Too long
With great credit and very clean trade in it took us 6 hours to leave in a new vehicle. It should not take a half hour to address every question and review every option to make sure your getting the best deal. The staff was great, very helpful and knowledgeable.

Were's the managment
Sales person was friendly but obviously had no real love for the job. Test drove several Jeeps and found the one we wanted. Looked up the price on line, before the sales person came to use with price. To his surprise he didn't know the on line price, so his price was much higher. Check your pricing on line to keep them honest. Then came the paper work, which we were handed and asked to fill in our name one every piece of paper with only one pin. I have bought from many dealer over the years and this was a first. When the Jeep was delivered to use the so called detailed clean was about an D-. One door didn't even belong on the Jeep, one door had scratched paint at tope of door. No one at the dealership even noticed. Now starts the repair and replacement part, you can't even make this up. Scheduled a time to get paint fixed and door swapped out. Got to the dealership and sales person was on a day off and no one new wye we were there. To keep things short it took from 9am to 4pm to get things done, with a lot of stress and mismanagement along the way. They need management and bad!

They didn?t keep my Appointment time
Disappointed I walked in for my scheduled appt to find out the sales Guys was on another test drive. The person that greeted me said to wait at his desk until he comes back. On another note the service Dept is great as it only took them 30 mins to do an oil change on my existing Jeep.

Do not use this dealership!
This is by far the WORST experience I have ever had. My brand new 2018 Jeep experienced smoke under the hood in Nov 2018 and we drove it to the closest dealer to look at it. They had the Jeep for 2 1/2 weeks with 1 phone call the entire time and could not tell me what was wrong, other than they had to "wait for parts" When it was all said and done, I had to pay $160 out of pocket for labor and service on an oil change and that was not covered under my warranty. Fast forward to July 11 when my Jeep started smoking on 1-70 on the highway with my young child and dog in the car. We pulled over and smoke was all over the vehicle. We had it towed to the same dealership as they already had a record of the previous incident. Brandon was my service tech who called me only 1 TIME in almost 3 weeks to tell me he wasn't quite sure what the issue was and that, they were "waiting for parts" They had no loaner, no information and I could not get a hold of anyone in service. When I finally walked in to demand answers, my car was suddenly ready and they said that it was all due to going to a different dealer for an oil change. They also tried to charge me for another oil change and labor, another $104. They were so rude and condescending and belittling. I didn't ever get a straight answer on what went wrong, and when asked if my car was at risk for going up in smoke and flames again, if they could guarantee their work, I was told that "there's never any guarantee" I was also told to fill out a survey. I told them I would be happy to as it has been terrible service, and they won't email me the survey. So, here I am. Do not use that dealer ever!!
