Oil Change Tire Rotation
They are in process of changing from Centennial to Auto Nation, so there was some lag in trying to get input in computer and everything arranged. Also there were grease/oil finger prints on the door.

Careful
We purchased a used Jeep last week. I was pleased with the salesman and how he did his job up until we picked up the Jeep. I was very pleased with the process, but I really did kind of expect a "run-through" on how the vehicle worked - i.e. procedures for shifting the 4-wheel drive mechanism, where was the rear window defroster? Things that would have been real helpful to have known as I was following an ambulance to the hospital in the middle of the snowy night Saturday! Also, we had new tires installed. Here we are, 6 days later, and every tire on the car is losing air! Did someone install them who had no idea what they are doing?

DO NOT Buy an Extended Warranty from Centinnial
Purchased a new vehicle from here, and purchased an extended warranty. Then 4 years later and only 50,000 miles into our 7 year 70,000 mile extended warranty, we traded the Jeep in at another dealer. We expected to get a pro-rated refund on the extended warranty that we never used, but to our surprise "This" dealer does not allow warranties to be refunded even if the car is traded in to a dealer. So the $3000 we spent on an extended warranty was completely useless and a waste of our money. My general consensus from friends and family is that almost all dealers in Colorado will refund a pro-rated amount on extended warranties but not Centennial Chrysler Jeep.

Richard for President
Richard was great. He contacted me right after showing interested in a Tacoma on their website. The finance team was able to crunch numbers and get me within my budget restrictions. Richard went out of his way to answer all of my questions and if he wasn't certain, he would get clarity from management. He was extremely professional and took the time to get to know me on a personal level as well. I would recommend asking for him and will be referring to friends in the market as well.
