Beyond Awesome Service!

The entire experience was great. Never have I ever left a car dealership feeling so pleased. I came in initially for one car and ended up not liking it at all. After discussing this, they didn't push me into making a bad purchase. They actually sat with me for an hour or two just looking at cars helping me to find what I was looking for that was in my price range. They have wonderful patience and great attitudes.

Service Recap

My oil change and visor recall repair appointment went well. Only complaint is I called the previous evening and scheduled my appointment for 7:15am. I arrived Friday morning at 7:15am and the service check-in attendant said I wasn't on the schedule. I mentioned how I called in the previous evening around 4:30pm and a lady gave me the appointment time. The Service Attendant said that the lady I spoke with was likely not part of the service team and didn't have access to the calendar. Fortunately the attendant still squeezed me into the schedule so there was no impact.

Phillip Brown is the best salesperson I've ever done business with. He didn't try to hard sell me and was very professional and courteous.

Very happy with the service

We just had our Grand Cherokee serviced (oil change and shifter recall). We were told to drop it off for a day but the car was done within of 4 and a half hours of us dropping it off so we were able to pick it up the same day. Very happy with the service and the quick turnaround. Doug Michaelis was our service advisor and we couldn't be happier with the service he provided.

Only place I will buy a Jeep

After totaling my jeep, Steve the GM went above and beyond for me. He helped me order a new 2017 Jeep Rubicon. Unfortunately the people who were building the Jeeps decided to take there sweet time. I waited 2 months for the new Jeep and nothing. I could not wait any longer. I called Steve and he got me into the perfect Jeep with ALL of my specifications. I am now a proud owner of a 2016 Jeep Rubicon Rock Crawler Edition. I also had no transportation since my car was totaled so he arranged for his amazing sales guy Kenne Greene to come pick me up from work. Not only did Kenne pick me up, he picked me up in my new Jeep. Seriously who does that?! I was so happy and beside myself! Jeeps are built to last and have an amazing resale value, that is why a buy Jeeps! Steve and Kenne are why I will always buy my Jeep from the Autonation they are working at!

Maintenance and System Repairs

My Parking Sensors have not worked for over a year. Had a recall on my alternator and took car in for that repairs didn't fix it then. Brought back in again in February to have them fix Sensors again. Rep told me my battery was dead and that was the cause of my issues??? Wanted $295 to replace battery (funny since I had no prior issues). Declined since much cheaper to do it myself. Took battery in to local auto parts store, and they tested it with and reported no issues. Took it in for a 3rd time last week. This time they mentioned that either an animal chewed the wire or it was the mother board. For them to investigate I would have to pay $300 for the labor cost, and the only way I would be covered by warranty would be if it was the computer system. Declined the service as I don't trust them to be honest after the alternator and battery( still using the same one!) visits.

Great Service

Autonation was great to work with. Bent over backward to help my family get in the car we needed. They gave us a very fair deal, and never felt like we were getting takin advantage of.

Terrible service

I brought my Jeep in for an oil change Monday morning. The latch to open my hood was broken and I did not know that it was broken. The technician and service advisor could not open the hood. The service advisor then told me I'd have to take my Jeep to a body shop for repair. Huh? Then what do you do all day if you can't fix your own brand?? He recommended a place that was "right down the street." His words... The body shop was a good 20 miles away and on the other side of denver...not sure how that qualifies as right down the street. When I got to the body shop, the tech there opened my hood in about 10 seconds no problem. So now I have to make another trip back to the dealership to get an oil change because the service advisor had no clue what he was talking about. Furthermore, how can a dealership A. Not figure out how to open a busted latch and B. Not be able to fix one simple part right here at the dealership. What is the point of me even returning to the dealership if these simple tasks are too difficult to accomplish. The advisor left me waiting for over 10 minutes, provided me blatant wrong information, and made me return twice for the same thing. Honestly, no one seemed to care either. I think some serious customer service training needs to happen at this location.
