Service advisor was courteous and helpful. This was one of several visits for service on my Jeep. Same is true for my other visits as well.

We had the best experience ever buying a car through this

We had the best experience ever buying a car through this dealership. They were professional, clear and honest with us about our trade and gave us all the options to make the payments fit in our budget. We have a dealer down the street but will definitely be making the extra trip to go back for our next Jeep!

I worked with Zach as my service advisor and he was very informative, listened to my opinion and thoughts and provided good guidance. I feel he was a great customer advocate! I have had hit and miss experiences with this dealership so this was a refreshing change! Thank you!

Do not buy anything from this dealership!

Do not buy anything from this dealership!! The sales department will lie through their teeth about the extended warranty. Sold me a car with tick in the engine, bad rotors, leaking windshield my seatbelt broke (still broken) my awesome warranty didn't cover anything. Service department manager Justin said he gets mad customers all the time because the salesman aren't clear with the wording on the extended warranty. Charged me more than what was discussed with the diagnostic fee to get my car out. You've been warned!!!!

Terrible communication.

Terrible communication. Did a repair without first discussing with me and then didn’t bill the warrantee so I over paid. Put on new tires and didn’t put the caps back on the stems. Also they first quoted the alignment as being part of the tire price but later added it on.

The quickest and easiest purchase experience we have

The quickest and easiest purchase experience we have every had. Sales, Camila greeted us with knowledge of what was available on the lot, with no pressure tactics and quick turnaround on the vehicle we found right away. She was friendly and worked with the sales manager, Levi, on getting the terms and adjusting a few things to get us the payment we could live with. He came and introduced himself while we were waiting and Camila waited until Finance grabbed us to finish up. In Finance, Matt, got us our first al rate, which was awesome and he had everything ready to go. He answered any questions we had. After everything was done and we about to leave, Camila, Levi and Matt all came out to congratulate us again

I took my Jeep in for an oil change the other day and I

I took my Jeep in for an oil change the other day and I was very satisfied with the service that was provided! Zack, the service advisor, was so friendly and helpful and had exceptional customer service skills! Zack quickly got my Jeep checked in and listened to my questions. He did a great job communicating to me about the service on my Jeep and he followed up in detail on the questions I had! I was in and out of the service department quickly, despite how busy they were! I always have a great experience at the Jeep dealership off Arapahoe road, they have a great group of people working there and they take great care of me and my Jeep!
