Every time I take my 2012 Chrysler 300 for service I have experienced timely and professional service. I have not had my Chrysler serviced by any other dealer since my purchase of this vehicle at this dealership with the exception of a tire purchase.

Kept my car all day. NEVER called when I could come get...
Kept my car all day. NEVER called when I could come get it. Work on unconnect not completed because connect was too old for update. No one EVER called to inform me of that. I just left my car there all day, paid transportation both ways. I called at 4:00 to find it was out in the lot. Couldn’t find it because it was so far back in the lot the attendant couldn’t find it either. The experience was a total disaster!

DO NOT GO HERE. This place convinced my wife to have her...
DO NOT GO HERE. This place convinced my wife to have her AC refrigerant changed. Told her approx cost would be $160--then charged her $719.29. Then told her she needed to replace her radiator and they would charge her $1600 for that. Luckily she didn't fall for the radiator scam. I tried to call several times to seek some relief--they have yet to return my calls. NEVER EVER go here.

The dealership itself looks nice. But. Trying to get ahold of anyone is a nightmare. Trying to reach to service department through the automated line always goes to a voice-mail. Calling the mainline and requesting the operator/receptionist never gets answered.

My experience has been extremely disappointing. I have to...
My experience has been extremely disappointing. I have to take my jeep in repeatedly for the same issue and the technicians never make it a priority. This last time I had an appointment set. Dropped my car off at 8am and they did not even look at it. I had to call 4 times for an update and they asked to keep it overnight and get done the next day. They did not even have the notes correct for what needed done. I have grown extremely frustrated with this service.

The techs were communicative, thorough and professional. The only thing I’d say needs improvement is the extended dealer’s warranty. The work my car needed was not covered under it. Car repairs can be very costly which is exactly why I purchased the extended warranty only to be told what I needed was not covered. Being told what is and isn’t covered at the time of purchase or providing a place to look what kind of coverage the consumer has would be helpful.

No one has called me back in several days with a status....
No one has called me back in several days with a status. Horrible service. Third time auto nation doesn’t do what it says on its warranty. With my GMC they told me my tires were just loud and then my wheel bearings almost came off and caused an accident. Auto Nation service needs some significant help. I almost didn’t buy again through them but was reassured they would stand behind their service. Unfortunately they have not.
