Worst car service experience. I’ve been taking my car to this location for service over the past 8 years. Won’t be taking my car back here again. Kept my car over 24 hours for an oil and battery change. Didn’t bother to call me the first day for an update. I called multiple times for status with no return call. Wasn’t able to pick my car up until the following day. Windshield wiper fluid wasn’t refilled, oil change indicator wasn’t reset and also found the car battery in my back seat. They had my car over 24 hours and quality of work/service was awful. 18 point inspection is a joke. Checked my air filter on my own to realize I needed a new one. Finally, the service rep quoted me one price over the phone for the battery replacement and tried to over charge me on the receipt when I went to pick up my car. After pointing it out, he seemed annoyed instead of apologetic.

Adam Solano was helpful and courteous. Adam answered my questions about service requirements for my vehicle and he even determined the reason my vehicle was lugging at low speeds had to do with computer updates required for the transmission. Will be sure to bring my vehicle in for future service requirements.

The work was done on time as estimated. The gentkeman that worked my service ticket was great and I have never had a problem with the work or serviceman since I bought my used jeep from here in 2020.

High pressure tactics, disorganized, dishonest, shady, waste of time! The finance “manager” is a child who thinks it’s funny to demean you during the process of your purchase. I have purchased 2 vehicles at this dealership and will never step foot in there again for any reason!

Got to be honest. Made a reservation 2 weeks prior at 7am. Just to do a check on a noise from front left suspension. At 5pm, still no word. I called and the guy who answered said the tech left no notes and didn't know and the tech went home. Why make a reservation if they aren't gonna do anything. I pressed him, he called his boss, found the jeep at another location. Found out the tech did some things to it, tighten some bolts but didn't know what was up and test drive it to see if fixed. Wanted me to hold over night. What? Make a reservation at 7am, no word, 6pm tell me they are not sure.....Horrible timing, service, communication. I came to pick it up as I needed to drive it.

It was easy to make an appointment online. I needed an oil change and tire rotation and waited at the dealership. it was done in 90 minutes, Justin went over the inspection in detail. Very satisfied.

90 minutes from turn-in to drive-out; inspection, oil change and tire rotation. Friendly service, clean area to work from while waiting, went over what they did and what will be needed at next visit. Wish they were closer to home, but they are the closest Jeep dealer.

This is the fourth Jeep we have purchased from Jeep Arapahoe! This time Keith and Chris took care of us. They hunted down the Grand Cherokee L that my wife was looking for (not easy with the limited selection out there). Very smooth transaction and the purchase process did not take all day. We will certainly be back!

The guys were nice but not didn’t let me know when my car was ready, which cost me considerable time and money planning to get to/from work. On top of that my Jeep came back with the A/C not working (it worked before I took it in and they weren’t supposed to do anything to the A/C.

Best Experience Ever!!! Awesome Dealership and Staff... Love my new ride..... Glad I came back to Jeep... We will be back Soon. Now we need a Trail Hawk,,,,
