I reached out to Ty about a Ram listed on the site. Many of the Ram’s had a recall at the time, but I was unable to get anything close to their fully loaded dually here in Cali. Ty communicated all discounts and worked with me to have it ready to go when I landed in MI to collect! It was an absolutely seamless transaction and the best car buying experience I’ve had yet! Ty didn’t disappear after I drove it off the lot either! He texted about a two weeks later to see how it was going and if I had any questions/concerns. I’d drive another 2800 miles to purchase another vehicle and drive it back. Great experience for me, the wife and our little one who ran a muck throughout the dealership without issue!

Thank you so much for going above and beyond in getting my truck repaired. I had gone to another dealer, close to my workplace, and was quoted about ten times the cost of what you charged for the repair, just to diagnose the problem. It's difficult to trust repair shops these days and I have severe trust issues to begin with. I'm beyond grateful to have found a shop that I can trust.

Went in for recall work. I've been waiting for long time to get fuel pump replaced under recall( they couldn't get parts necessary). finally parts available and took a few days to get them. Driving around in a new loaner was nice. No charge for repairs or loaner. THANKS!!!
