Fast and Friendly

Went for an oil change and was fast and friendly. Don't try to push things on you like those 1 hour places do. Would highly recommend!

Good availability for appointments.

Good availability for appointments. Staff greets you as you come in. They acknowledge your leaving as you exit. Our salesperson was on time for appointments and spent as time as we needed on at least five appointments over the last two months.

Always Friendly!

For 20 years Jim Riehl's Friendly CJD has never let me down! Every vehicle I have owned or leased has been from Friendly, including my 2021 Pacifica for which they recently provided a routine oil change and serviced the vehicle's stop-start battery. As always, the service manager explained everything clearly, the service was done in time window promised, and they provided me with shuttle service to and from my workplace. Thank you to the Friendly team for always being there for me and my family!

Wonderful

The service I get when I take my Wagoneer in is WONDERFUL. They make me feel comfortable. They explain what visiting to ge done to me so there no surprises. Mike in service is awesome to work with!!

Great salesman and a great dealership

I purchased a relatively new Jeep GC from Reed Gordon @ Jim Riehl's Friendly CDJR. What a super experience. The Jeep smelled brand new inside. Exactly as described. Reed's follow-up after purchase (e.g. to ensure my transport of the vehicle to TX went smoothly) was super to say the least. Very communicative and went well above and beyond, especially in today's world where service seems optional... Cannot recommend Reed and Jim Riehl's Friendly CDJR enough!

I took my jeep in for repair of my blind spot notification signal. The crew quickly identified the problem and I had my vehicle back that afternoon. .
