Meredith was wonderful to work with.

Meredith was wonderful to work with. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was buying, as well as always available to answer any questions that I had. When I picked up my car, it was clean inside and out as well as a full tank of gas! I would, and will, recommend this dealership!

They took care of everything. The car was immaculate. Financing was completely handled. Could not be better

Service

Our truck had been to 2 other dealers for a check engine light issue. The diesel tech James called and spoke to my mechanic. James listened to him and was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly

Underhanded dealership

This is a dealership that deals in deception, misrepresentation, and a slight of hand. It is all smiles and greetings, when you first get there. The test drive will go great, they will tell you that they will give you what you want for your trade in. And that's the last thing that will go right for you. For example in our case, they told us they were paying off our trade in and yet they hid $1,000 in our buy that they weren't going to pay off on trade in. They also hid $1,000 upgrade for tires that they didn't tell us about, they hid in the buy. Then it was time to do the paperwork, they wait till your distracted. Cover up top parts of the paperwork, and just have you sign it. Being all smiles, and trustworthy at the same time as being sleight of hand, you not really knowing what you're doing. By the time you walk out of there you're sneezing, and smart me as they are. Is that the feeling you want please go to the dealership, otherwise find a new dealership this one isn't for you.

Waiting room

The waiting room carpet was very dirty. Should replace it with tile or linoleum if you can't keep the carpet clean. The waiting room had refreshments and snacks, but no small side tables beside the chairs to sit the coffee or snacks on. You just need a few small side tables.

Great job

Wi Fi antenna has been replaced and has been a problem for a long time. Finally all dashboard communications seem normal. I’ve had problems for a long time.
