Johnathan has great customer service skills. He serviced my Nissan Kicks in a reasonable amount of time. I will certainly recommend him to my relatives and friends. Although, I suggest Nissan find another car wash location because the service was not sufficient. My car was still dirty around the windows and doors. Maybe Nissan should consider hand washing their cars at there facility.

Advertised Car for a good price($17808)on Nissan Sentra
Advertised Car for a good price($17808)on Nissan Sentra SV. When in came to final price Out The Door(OTD) the total jumped $7k to $25k+. They use advertised price to get you in to talk to them they pile on outrageously large fees. $3k for Pre Delivery Inspection Service(PDIS), another $899 for Doc fee, a $275 Motor Vehicle fee( even though motor vehicles registration fees start at $60 depending on size ), and another cash fee of $2k because I'm paying it all upfront not going through financing(don't need them ruining my credit). When I knew the kind of business they were the sales person refused to return my Drivers license after asking for it back over 6 times. Don't let them take advantage prices are high but they take advantage and screwing people over. Lynnes Nissan is Not BBB accredited beware.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership. After purchasing a $30,000 vehicle, I discovered a faulty tire that causes shaking and noise while driving, making me feel unsafe. I returned to the dealership, waited 5 hours, and reported the issue. Despite their service department's claims that the car was fine, the problem persists. While finance manager Corey was helpful and polite, the dealership's attitude was alarming. They prioritized passing state inspection over ensuring customer safety, performance, and ride quality. I asked for the sales manager multiple times but Kevin gave me the run around for hours and at the end he said the sales manager is too busy and that he had better things to do. I felt like I was treated like a begger rather than a customer. The sales person Luis stated there is nothing he can do as Kevin as his boss. They are very quick to take your money, once they take your money, you go back with a problem with the vehicle the next day, they will not fix it. The sales manager is not professional, he's rude and arrogant, how can you not speak to a customer for 2 minutes? Additionally, they charged a $3,000 'Pre-Delivery Inspection' fee. Paying $30,000 should guarantee a defect-free vehicle. Unfortunately, this dealership failed to meet basic expectations. I would never recommend this dealership to others and will never return. My experience was a waste of time and money. DO NOT GO THERE!!!

Avoid This Dealership – Deceptive Practices and Terrible Communication I purchased a 2019 Ford F-150 Lariat from Lynne Subaru of Bloomfield with a $17,000 down payment, and the experience has been a nightmare. Shortly after purchase, I discovered severe transmission issues, including hard shifting and a blank gear display. A certified mechanic confirmed a valve body issue requiring major repairs. During the test drive, the truck was set to 4H (4-wheel drive high), which I later learned masked the defects. Once switched to 2H for daily driving, the issues became apparent. The dealership has been completely disorganized and unprofessional throughout this process. Despite being covered under a 30-day warranty, I was left without updates for over two weeks while the truck sat at Subaru instead of being sent to Ford as promised by Manager Jeff. Manager Robert later claimed he had no idea what the issue was, despite me sending detailed emails outlining the problems and what my local Ford dealership told me. The lack of communication is unacceptable. I’ve spent countless hours following up, and it’s clear that no one at this dealership is on the same page. I call and I’m told I’ll get a manager call back. I don’t get one. I email and I get no response back via email. Their poor communication, lack of accountability, and questionable practices have made this an incredibly stressful and frustrating experience. I strongly advise anyone considering buying from this dealership to think twice. It has been 18 days and I have no knowledge of where my truck is, when I’m getting it back, or what next steps look like. I am know seeking legal counsel to escalate this matter.

Very Dishonest Dealership.
Very Dishonest Dealership. Buyer Beware! Bait and Switch in full affect. They advertise their vehicles at Very Low prices to get get you engaged. They then add a made up $3000 Dollar Dealer Document Fee (Which was Above & Beyond the Tax, Plates and Registration DMV Fees!) Don't waste your time!
