Very friendly and informative. Above and beyond!

Scott went above and beyond what any salesman does! I felt extremely comfortable and I felt I could trust him. Not to mention they were eating Chick Fil A. One of my favorite places to eat. Lol

lied to from the start.

I was told that the problem with a code due to the engine light would be fixed and STAY OFF but they kept resetting first by cleaning with gas drove a few miles and light come on, for the second time. then replace a part so it resets and comes back on after a few miles.. I take back and tell him to fix it like he promised... when I bought it he said now don't bring back in a year do to the cadilic converter.. so funny that that is what is showing as the problem.. gee how did he know that.. he did not disclose that as the issue when i feel he knew it ... for weeks he said his boss was out was on vacation left early so on son ... I talked to the owner and all he wasted to talk about was the deal he made with the lady who own the care before and traded it in .. I don't care about the previous owner... that had nothing to do with my deal I made when I bought this vehicle..I also don't know how this passed inspection... which I feel that was fixed too. as long as you reset .. there is no way it should have passed with this issue. I fee lied to put off and I would never go back or recommend this place to anyone.. very displeased. I would not ever trust them ... funny there was never a positive review on here before but another negative one before... now there are two 5 stars... must be related.. I rated being nice higher that's how they pull you in . sad in dallas I see they can monitor and take off remarks so I guess the truth wont stay on long

My experience with Midway was Great!!

I would definitely recommend Midway Auto Group because they were friendly, courteous, very helpful, first time I go there but they really made feel like could trust them, they were not pushy in any way. I am very happy with my purchase!!

Run Now! Do Not be robbed by these people!

Where to start? They have NO customer service skills. Bram and Sean are self serving and will lie right to your face. Despite beginning negotiations on the phone and filling out the credit application ahead of time, the entire buying process was incredibly slow and painful. They are selling wrecked and reworked vehicles as "with a clean history". So fraudulent. Even after pointing it out to them, we watched them do it again with our trade in. I don't know how they manage to keep a dealer's license. They only return your calls and emails when they think you are going to buy something. Once they have your money, they are forever unavailable. I wish we'd never met them. Save yourself the trouble we've been dealing with since getting involved with this dealership and go somewhere else.

Pass on this dealer!

I highly recommend that you take your vehicle to a mechanic outside of this dealership for a full inspection before purchasing. Sensors seem to be a major issue on their cars, especially since they come from the AUCTION. Good luck on getting someone to return a call once you have a problem after purchasing. They ignore you. I can't understand the girl that answers the phone. Horrible customer service, be prepared to show yourself the car. No thank you to this dealership, I will pay the extra money and go to a reputable dealer. Brom has no customer service skills.

No detail overlooked

Wow! Very impressed with Midway Auto Group, their facilities, their impeccable cars, the whole experience of buying from them. Mark was very knowledgeable and helpful. They also worked with me to give me a great deal on the vehicle I really wanted. Thanks, Midway!

Great place!

This is a great place to buy from! I live in New Mexico, found the car I had been shopping for at Midway, they were nice enough to hold the car for me with a deposit until I could get there a week later. Bram, (cool name) was very helpful, Mark made all the paper painless. I recommend Midway Auto Group. We'll worth the trip.

Midway auto group is good to go!

This dealership was sure to stay in close touch with me in order to do whatever they needed to have me take the trip from Shreveport Louisiana to Dallas Texas to test drive their car. While dealing mostly with Sean in the beginning, once they realized we were serious buyers Bram and Mark stayed in close touch and ensured they wouldn't sell the car over the weekend as we couldn't make it until Monday. We got there and got handed the keys almost immediately, after a smooth 20 minute test drive we came back and made the deal. As I recall from my last vehicle purchase this was much quicker and easier than you could even wish for! Mark took wonderful care of us and made sure we were taken superb care of until driving the new car off the lot. Overall this experience was a peachy one! :)

Honest Best Service

Bram Smith has helped me from the beginning and has been nothing but honest. I felt very comfortable buying a car from him and Midway. Everything I asked about the car, he has given a quick AND honest response. I bought the car by myself and did not try to scam me in any way with false information or services I didn't need. There were a few problems with my car that were disclosed to me before I bought the car and they said they would repair it at no cost to me since it was their problem and not mine. They even gave me a car to drive while they were working on mine. This is a great company and ask for Bram, he's awesome!
