Not Good Service
I went to take a test drive and was given the keys to go test out the ride, all went well with that until I tried to contact people where I could negotiate a price. Anna was good on taking my offer and relaying this information to financing, but financing never got back with me. Pretty astounding as I have excellent credit and was ready to purchase a vehicle. But with this service who needs it, there are plenty more options in the Dallas area.

Midway Auto Group
I had shopped on cars.com for a certain car and came across that one at Midway Auto Group. We had been car shopping all day and had been to the big dealerships and been bombarded by the sales teams, but this was not the case here - which was great in my opinion. I told Bram which car I was interested in and he let us drive it around to test it out. When we returned, we were pretty certain we wanted to buy it. Within 2 hours, everything was complete and I was leaving in my "new" car! I have had no problems with it and love it! Thanks for the great customer service and help with everything!

This was my first time buying a car and midway auto group made it such a great experience. The place was very clean and nice and everyone I talked to was friendly and answered any questions I had. I have no complaints whatsoever. So happy with the service and my purchase! I would definitely recommend midway auto group to anyone who asked!

Great Experience!
I was looking for a specific vehicle and Midway had it! I live 3 hours away and was able to gather information and communicate with Anna & Bram in determining whether the drive to Addison would be worthwhile. Bram assured me it would be..... he even went as far to personally take a walk around video of the car and emailed it to me! On our arrival we were pleased with the attention, the process of purchasing, and how quickly they addressed a small concern I had with the car. We had great satisfaction as we pulled out of the lot. Professional and Comfortable Experience
I went into this dealership to purchase the used 2012 Alabaster colored Honda Accord Coupe. It had 28,000 and some change in mileage. The experience for me personally was what I needed. There's not a group of salesmen standing around waiting for a customer to come in and crowd them. Its a small dealership, very private, very quiet. When you test drive the car, you do it without the salesman driving along with you talking your ear off. You can actually sit in the car, see the features and take the time to decided on if you really want it. In regard to financing, I was initially offered 11%, but the finance manager called around and sat with me until he got me a 7% interest rate with Chase. He saved me a great deal of interest off the car. Also, I got the car at a wholesale price, much cheaper than what other dealers were offering. I appreciate him going over the contract making sure the numbers added up to what they were supposed to. He was very professional and gave great customer service. I can afford my car note, I got a great extended warranty and I know who's financing my car. My ONLY complaint is that when I left the car lot with the car, the gas tank was on empty. Purchase made 10/12/2013.
