Best Deal Honest Crew

I purchased a 2010 Lexus RX 350 this weekend, thanks to the great people at Midway Auto Group. My salesman Bram was friendly, knowledgable and was there to show me the vehicle with all the options and how they worked. He had it out and ready for me to test drive when I was ready. Excellent service, Bram!

Disappointed

I was about to buy a MKX from these folks, but when I ran a Carfax report, it turned out that it had been in an accident with structual damage, which was never mentioned. When I questioned the sales person, he tried to tell me why Carfax was not valid. Dishonesty is not a good sales recommendation. Very disappointed. Better check on these vehicles yourself because they aren't going to level with you, evidently.

Vehicle Purchase

I went into Midway Auto Group with a specific car in mind. They had actually just brought in that specific car the day before. Up to this point, I was extremely frustrated by the other dealerships I had visited. I was very pleasantly surprised when I visited Midway Auto Group. Bram was helpful and willing to answer any questions I had about the car. I went to see this vehicle multiple times and I was never hassled or pressured into immediately purchasing the car. Once I made the decision to purchase the car, Bram moved everything along very quickly. He even addressed a couple minor cosmetic flaws on the vehicle, no questions asked. The entire process was very painless and smooth. I will be looking here first for my next vehicle.

Great Experience

Bought a used, as-is no warranty car there for cash. Staff was very helpful and friendly and I never felt hurried or pressured. After a couple of days the check engine light came on and the car started to run roughly. I took it back and they fixed it up, replaced a spark plug, and fixed a couple of other minor issues free of charge which is something they definitely didn't have to do. I will definitely be looking here first the next time I need a car.

Best experience buying a vehicle!

Happened upon Midway Auto Group researching late model Ford Escapes. Turned out to be the best find! Not only did I find the perfect car, but it was the best car buying experience I think I ever had! Felt like I was working with friends, not salespeople. Great price on my purchase and my trade. Next time I'm in the market for another vehicle, I will START with Midway! Sean and Bram, you guys rock!

Low stress, great car buying experience!

We found an incredible deal at Midway! A 2010 Lexus IS 250 with 12000 miles! They had it at an unbelievable price, and Bram is a very no hassle, no nonsense kind of guy. Very easy to deal with. Next time I'm looking for a car, I will look here first simply because there are no pressure tactics, and they are just very straight forward. They have a great inventory of very clean, well taken care of cars. We will be back. Thanks Bram!

I found my SUV online and did my financing over the phone. If you want a good deal on a vehicle you must go to Midway.
