I went looking for a car. From the minutes I pulled into the lot Mr. Murat was so nice. He treated me like family. I really enjoyed my experience and I love my Volkswagen CC. I had such great service that my mom is planning to get her next car from him and she doesn't even live in Tampa.

My experience at 5 Star Auto Sales was excellent beyond words. I bought 2 cars from here in 3 months. Both of them were in excellent condition and very well cleaned in/out. I have to say I am completely satisfied about my entire experience. The sales representative was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. Everyone was very polite, honest and friendly. I have referred 5 friends to them and 3 of them already bought their cars easily and happily. I will surely recommend you if you are looking for an excellent condition used vehicle as I'm sure they will be treated as good as I was. Again thank you for everything. Bought a 2009 Jaguar XF and had an excellent experience. The staff is wonderful and no pushy sales tactics. Car was priced below market value and delivered in great condition. Even after the sale staff and owner remained extremely helpful when we had questions. I will recommend Five Star Auto to friends and family.

DO YOUR RESEARCH on this dealer before buying. I bought a Mercedes Benz GLK back in April and the very LEAST the owner agreed to do was replace 2 bald tires. He didn't- and I found myself stranded on the Courtney Campbell one night about 11pm- thank GOD for AAA. Since then I took it to an ACTUAL Mercedes Dealer- and I realize that Dealership repairs are high priced, but there were drain tubes that weren't cleaned out, causing a leak in my passenger seat (since I owned the car, I just couldn't afford to get it fixed) the windshield wiper motor was all clogged up...and there is more that needs to be done to it that will have to come in increments. The "Carfax" I got, was a bunch of screenshots from a cellphone- in my email- so I got my own carfax. Found out that this car sat on his lot for 7 months; which gave it plenty of time to collect all this crap in it - and when I came to make a 'hold' deposit, the salesman said to me, 'You know- we've had 3 people look at this today- you got it just in time!" I told him point blank I didn't fall for that sales tactic that I would be back as soon as I could. I filed a complaint with those folk that consumers do...so like I said- RESEARCH! as many websites as you can.

A good shoping experience & quality used cars. I would recommend to mom's looking for a easy experience shopping for cars.

I love my 2012 Dodge Challenger, with me having no so good credit I thought it would be a hastle getting the car of my dreams but the staff and the owner at 5 star worked with me and found a finance company that would accept me with a reasonable down payment in which the owner agreed to let me make partial payments and still ride off the lot in my new vehicle

Hands down one of the best car buying experiences I've had in a long time. Didn't feel pressure. They got me in the car that I wanted at the price that I could afford. The staff was very helpful. I trust them for all my car shopping needs.

Five Star Auto Sales Of Tampa Inc is the best & yet affordable car dealership place to buy new & used cars. I would have to say that its the best dealership of all in the area including their great customer service & buying process.
