I found an 07 Subaru impreza online being sold by 5 star and they had a free carfax report for me to see and plenty of pictures. I'm always skeptical about investing in new cars, mostly when I need one extremely reliable for work. I drive all day business-to-business. I also needed to go to Virginia for the holidays to see my folks. she drove great, no problems. while purchasing the car, I found a few discrepancies such as bad alignment, which destroyed the inside corner of the front tires. they fixed the alignment and threw on new tires from 2014 (according to the DOT number). great service and great vehicle

I must say, i had the most wonderful experience, ive ever encountered at any dealership. And, i like to add ive purchased numerous vehicles in my life-time! The owner Murat, gave me top dollar for my trade, and went the extra yard to get me a bank approval for my beautiful Lexus GS 300. His Sales consultant "Eduardo" was very knowledgeable, attentative, , articulate, and created a warm & comfortable shopping environment! Yes, the experience and vehicle i purchased, is truly 5 STAR! Humanity loves to complain, it gives them a sense of purpose!

so far so good, i have not had any issues with this dealership, they were very nice and kind, the owner Mahut (i think that"s how to spell it ) lol was very kind in helping me out with my down payment, if this treatment continues i will surely be purchasing another vehicle from them. thanks guys

Be leery of this dealership. I went there and attempted to purchase a car. it seemed like it was going well, my trade in value was acceptable and the cost of the car was perfect, this was on a Saturday. So After a couple days of no calls back from the salesman I finally heard from the bank. The bank ( a major credit union) approved my loan but said they will not do the deal through five star. Five star never contacted me about this. So I called them and was told they were going to use another bank and they would call me back SHORTLY. Another 3 days went by, no call..so we call them again and was told the original bank and them had worked it out and that I would probably be using that bank to finance the car and they would CALL ME BACK SHORTLY..another 3 days go by, no call back from dealership. So I have now have 4 hard credit pulls on my score and NO CAR after I was approved for financing. NO CALL BACKS EVER!! BEWARE of this dealer unless you are paying cash.

So I bought a 2009 BMW from here and at first of course was great. They were super nice, Tirso, the sales manager is phony. He uses his christian beliefs to seem genuine. Everything was sweet and dandy until I bought the car. I asked him about a brake light that was on the dashboard and he said it was a minor issue insisting it was just the sensor. He said he would have it fixed before I picked up the car. That was A LIE! Then he convinced me to bringing it the week after that and he's been ignoring my phone calls and telling me I can't come in because his mechanic is busy. He finally had me take a whole day off of work to come in friday and it's 45 minutes away from my house for him to tell me that he won't be in. I'm extremely upset and BMW's are not cheap. He made this buying experience horrible and regretful. He's a liar and uses God to make him seem a better man.

Terrible salesman it was some young bum off the street with no experience kept pressuring us about how are we going to be purchasing the vehicle, I was like can I look first, The vehicle I came to see looked good online once I got there, was it a piece of Sh*t. I will never purchase a vehicle from there EVER!
