Amazing, caring not detail left undone.

When you walk in, EVERY person there is kind and caring. They don't pounce on you for a "deal". The sales manager and his staff worked very hard to put me into a safe wonderful and affordable car. There was no "push". I have purchased my last 6 cars from Chevy. I have moved over to Ford because of this dealership!

Very satisfied customer!

I needed a new truck and after several frustrating visits to other dealers I arrived at Liberty as a walk in. I was quickly greeted by Jim Olenik and immediately felt at ease with his comfortable no pressure approach. Jim paid attention to my needs and helped me find a great deal on a left over 2014 F-150. We test drove the truck, agreed on a price and I drove my new truck home. Financing was quick and easy, the truck was was cleaned up and ready to go and Jim gave me a very thorough explanation of the important features on the truck before I left. All told maybe 3 hours from start to finish and Jim did a great job of making it easy.

Great Salesman - Clean Facility5

My Salesman was very professional and courteous to the needs of myself and my brother. He made sure I had everything I wanted on my car. I am very happy with my vehicle. I hope to keep it for a long time. It did take a long time for service to get the car ready. My overall experience was great.

More than we expected

We spoke with Chad who was more than happy to take care of us. He was informative on the vehicles we were looking for, which was really helpful. My husband and I went in looking to buy a used truck and ended up leaving with a brand new one for the same price! Chad worked with us on what was realistic in order to get us as close as possible to the payments we were looking for. He laid out all of our options and let us make the decision that was best for us instead of pressuring us into something we weren't really comfortable with. I would visit Liberty again with no doubt!

Excellent work!

I received a quote quickly and made an appointment just a few days later. The reception personnel were very friendly and effecient. Ron was our service manager and reviewed the estimate when I arrived. He had a few suggestions about parts. During the work, Ron called with updates and to alert me to unexpected parts required. He offered some alternatives that would hold costs down. The origninal estimated time was two days. That stretched into four which put me in a little bind.. When the automobile was returned it was great and clean! Everyone is very courteous and professional. Best of all was the final invoice just a few dollars over the estimate (not an insurance claim).

Excellent experience!

I was very impressed with the service department at Liberty Ford. I have a Chevy Cruze that needed a ton of work on the front end after being in an accident. I brought it to Liberty because that's where my insurance recommended. From beginning to end my experience there was better than any other I've had with body shops in the past. The manager, Derek Crasi, helped me with acquiring and returning my rental car and even though the collision center looked overwhelmingly busy he assured me my car would be fixed promptly. He was right! One week later I got my car back-fully detailed and looking great! I highly recommend for anyone in need of car repairs to come to Liberty. They are true professionals and you'll be very satisfied!
