5-car Liberty family. Have had my '11 Edge serviced there totally, since purchased new. 16 months ago they performed a complete tune-up/shock/brake/tire... service. Since that time, brakes had rattled terribly. Thanks to the internet, I knew approximately what the issue might be - Brake pad clips. But after 3 re-visits, and being told by the write-up tech that "it was nothing and there's nothing we can do", I decided to take it to an independent shop. They diagnosed what I had expected - Liberty had failed to install 2/4 clips. I will never go back. Memo to Liberty - This is a textbook example as to how you lose good customers......Customers who pay top dollar.

It was a good experience, very accommodating. When I expressed that I needed transportation while my vehicle was being serviced, I was given a car to... use. I was very satisfied.
The service dept had trouble determining the issue. Once identified it was corrected. Jenna in Customer Service made the process a lot more palatable... by providing me with regular updates and making sure I had transportation in the interim.
I WAS AT THE DEALERSHIP FOR 5 HOURS, EVEN THOUGH I KEPT TELLING THE CUSTOMER REP THAT I WOULD JUST UBER HOME AND HE COULD CALL ME WHEN THE REPAIRS WERE... DONE, BUT HE JUST KEPT TELLING ME I SHOULD HANG AROUND, IT WOULDN'T BE MUCH LONGER. DES;PITE THAT, THE REPAIRS WERE COMPLETED TO MY SATISFACTION.

Just purchased a Ford Explorer Sport from Lorenzo Martino. He was very accommodating with my busy work and family schedule. He even brought the vehicle... to me to make sure it was the one I wanted before we moved forward. Lorenzo is still responsive with some questions and follow up items after the sale is complete. Dealership is large with many choices and clean. Recommended.
