BEWARE*** I was all set to buy a 2021 Expedition and was enroute to dealer from Michigan when I received a price write up on a text. An extra $1897 was added to the price - $699 for surface protection, $499 for converter protection, $699 for OEM windshield protection, all I did not request nor want. I live 3 hrs. away and cannot stop by the dealer for the protection to be re-applied as needed. Dealer told me there was nothing they could do about it and was beyond rude about it. Needless to say, I did not buy the vehicle.

Used vehicle I purchased 2019 Silverado didn't even make it 100 miles and has me stranded. Bought it 2 days ago. Now I understand it is a as is purchase but didn't make it 3 days without puking all the engine oil out and leaving me stranded over a hour away from home. Should have known when the vehicle was not even detailed when I made an appointment to look at it in advance, that this was a fly by night place. Be careful buyer beware. Had beaters all my life and never been broke down. First 2 days of buying a 23000 dollar truck I spend money on a tow. Had every intention in letting them make it right. It is a 300 dollar fix they could have done and gotten positive feedback now hopefully someone will see this review and steer clear. I understand it was a as is purchase but if I sold a guy a 23000 dollar truck on Craigslist and 2 days later it broke down and they had to tow it and the repair was 300 dollars I would have put it in the shop and fixed it. Not because by law I don’t have to like the used car manager Dave turner told me to do as he laughed, but because I have integrity. Arana the salesman was very friendly and polite. The used car manager that had called to resolve the issue is nothing but clown. Told me with 6 stores my bad review will not hurt their business. And laughed. Crazy how far they will drive a vehicle and go out of the way to sell a vehicle. but when something goes wrong 2 days after spending 23000 dollars at this business, they are not willing to help with a 300 dollar repair. Could have easily blew an engine had I not pulled over because of smell of burning oil. The market is flooded with used vehicles. Do not buy one from this fly by night place. Go anywhere else.update- now after paying for a 300 detail because they can’t even clean a vehicle they are selling, my interior is all faded out. The detail shop I took it to said these scam artists painted my center console with temporary interior paint to make it look like new. Complete scam artists. I have been treated better at a buy here pay here lot than this chit show of a dealership. Now that I have been ghosted by these clowns I am filing a complaint with the better business bureau for these scam artists. Doctor up junk to sell and then don’t stand behind the junk they sell.

Terrible mechanics took my car in for a bad misfire requested the engine needed replaced within 2 weeks engine was replaced but there were still isssues with the car took it home because it was drivable and after a while of driving I noticed smoke coming from hood and windshield getting foggy pop the hood and there’s coolant everywhere mechanic forgot to put the hose clamp on the coolant hose I fixed it myself took it back and they topped the coolant off took it back after a few weeks I noticed I had a exhaust manifold leak I lift my car up and the catalytic converter bolt was almost all the way off and then after all that after driving for some time I always noticed I smell burning plastic while driving on the freeway I lift the car up again and my wheel well liners are burnt of from the tires they don’t replace the push pins so I did drive it sum more still same thing I lift it again and notice they never put my skid plate back on so there’s nothing really for the liners to hold onto terrible mechanics

Don not take your car or truck here. I had a rattling under my truck and took it to this dealership. After keeping my truck all day and not calling to let me know what was wrong with my truck I de ided to call them. They told me that I needed a new transmission. I went to pick up my truck because my vehicle warranty didn't cover it. So I picked my tuck up and took it home. After a few days I look I. The back of my truck and the entire bottom plate and insulation was thrown back there with the bolts rolling around. I called the dealership and got no apology Ora invitation to bring it back up for them to put it back on. Later when my warranty matured I took my truck somewhere just to find that the only thing g wrong with my truck was a loose heat shield that was rattling. DO NOT TAKE TOUR VEHICLES HERE!!! THEY HAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY CHEAT AND LIE TO YOU!!! BEWARE!!
