Used cars.com to research, find and indicated whether the price was good for vehicle of interest. I sent a message to the dealer about my interest in the car. I received a call the same day to set up a test drive. The experience at the dealership was very pleasant from the time I walked in the door until the time I drove away in my new car. First, someone noticed that I was looking lost and offered assistance. My salesman was very courteous, willing to help and knew how to explain the Hybrid technology, vehicle features and warranty coverage as well as extended warranty options. All my concerns were addressed in an honest engaging manner. When I was still undecided, I was offered to take the vehicle overnight. With that personal drive time, without the company's sales representative, I was able to discuss the vehicle with a couple of close friends. That made a huge difference in my decision! I would highly recommend this dealership. The financial process was as good as can be expected: no one likes a car note! With that said, all my questions were answered and cost savings options were presented to help keep the payment within my budget. Drove the car home and didn?t understand why it took me 3 hours; guess I just liked driving again!

Red Carpet service via the Body Shop
Working with Ron of the Liberty Ford Body Shop made a difficult repair easy and simple. The service was "Red Carpet" from the moment I entered his area to drop off my car to the day of pick up. He walked me to and from my car coordinated the rental and maintained regular updates on the status of repairs on my 2007 Mercury Milan. I could not have been treated any better if I had brought my new Fusion in for body work. I was totally amazed when I picked up my Milan. Not only were the repairs perfect the car was cleaned and looked like the day of original purchase. Thanks Ron.

Wonderful experience
I had a really good experience when I went into the dealership, I was warmly greeted by Jim Olenik when I entered the door. During the whole time I was there he was very helpful and really gave me a lot of information about the car I brought answered all my questions. All and all my whole experience was very good and I would recommend them to anyone.

Collision Service Dept.
I had my Rav4 2006 in for repairs ,the car was in an accident. The Collision dept. took care of the car and delivered excellent customer service. The two employees that provided customer service are Jenna Cifani and Tim Essell. They responded quickly with phone calls and managed everything from rentals, car repairs etc. Ford should be proud of these two employees providing great service.

Great no pressure car buying experience
I was able to walk in late in early in the afternoon and leave later with a great new car. The team was very helpful in finding a car with the exact options I wanted and at no point did I feel pressured or rushed.
