insurance claim. crest gave top quality care!
I have used crest twice to repair damage to my car. Everyone I came in contact with (both times) was courteous and professional. Fabian went above and beyond to help with paperwork and accommodating me with a vehicle while mine was being repaired. I will never think to have my car detailed/repaired anywhere else. My car looks like new when it is returned to me! I also had a chance to see inside the garage and it is the biggest ive ever seen. Very clean and i have to say again, everyone was courteous and professional. I couldnt be more pleased.

I went in for a nasty dent on my 2012 Honda civic. The Body shop manager gave me an estimate and approximate time to repair. when i called he said it was finished. When i arrived, the car looked immaculate. Dent was gone and car was detailed inside and out. You wouldn't believe it ever had a dent. The people there were very professional and friendly. Work done was better than I've ever seen. The cost was right in line w/ the estimate. I would highly recommend this body shop & dealership to whomever has to repair or purchase a vehicle. Rude and most unprofessional sales representative....
Rude and most unprofessional sales representative. Sarcastic and likes using degrading language toward potential long term customer. Not willing to offer different price for a car that is $1,500 above kbb and car has been in lot for 6 months. Long story short Tom is an arrogant sales rep that does not to sell.

not good on follow up
I sent a query through on a vehicle and they sent me an email said they contact me, I tried to contact the person who sent me the email and nothing. I am sure the car I wanted is long gone and I will not contact a dealer like this againf

Great internet experience
Purchased a 2010 Cadillac SRX though Crest's internet site. Easy, hassle free experience. Heather was a joy to work with. Informative, helpful, easy transaction. Car is mint. Love it. A wonderful car buying process!
This was my second purchase with Crest Acura. I previously purchased a 2011 Acura RDX in December 2010 and had such a great experience that I decided to purchase my new 2013 Acura RDX from them as well. See, while I live in Rochester, NY I was willing to travel 70 miles because of the wonderful experience I had the first time. Well they certainly didn't disappoint me on this latest purchase. I received a great price for my trade in and the entire purchase from beginning to end was excellent. I dealt with Salesmen Mark and Jeff as well as the Sales Manager Craig. Each of them went above and beyond in their customer service and courtesy. I would highly recommend Crest Acura to anybody in the market looking to purchase a vehicle.

Hey Chuck, Just so you will know That I had a Great experience with Crest, I had some issue's and they were resolved very quickly and without problems. The staff is very professional right down to the receptionist. I honsetly didn't expect that but am very satisfied and will strongly recommend this dealership to anyone who ask's me where I purchesed my car and am proud to have the Crest name on it. My first dealership experience in many years
I can not tell you the last time I bought a car from a dealership. It has been either from a whole sealer or a private party. I found the car online and made an offer, shortly after that I received an email from Chuck and another guy that I forgot his name, internet sales he was. When I say that the car was at Crest, I had not even given it a thought that Jim and I have been business associates for many years. When I arrived at the dealership by Sandy and a long time friend of mine was standing right next to my then Jim came over and said hello, we have not seen each other for awhile. Jim introduced me to Joe and we went out to look at the car, I liked the look of the car, I sat in it and told Joe that I would take it. There was a pending deal on the car so we looked at a couple more, I wanted the Nissan. The next day Joe called me to let me know that it would be another day because the guy wanted to take the car to his mechanic. Well the deal feel threw. Joe called , I said book it. Everybody worked to get me the car, financing was the only option, You got me approved with a lower payment than I was expecting. The day of delivery, Joe got my insurance company on the phone to get card so that i could drive the new car, Got everything done an I was on my way with a full tank of gas, Awesome! This week I called Frank because my horn broke he got me in right away and had me on my way under 2 hours with a new horn. Crest Cadillac was my last place of employment in the cars sales business way back in 1988. Very smooth experince

I bought a used Cadillac from Crest and they have been great. Everyone there is so nice and welcoming. I never felt like I was pressured, they never tried to sell me something I did not want and I was never treated like second class because I was buying used. I have had to bring the vehicle back in a couple of times and each time I was greeted with smiles and hugs and always someone would assist me immediately. They keep me informed and they fixed minor things that most others would not have even bothered with because they legally would not have had to. I have never been this happy with a car dealership, including the other luxury car dealers I have dealt with. If I purchase another car while I live here I will definitely buy from them again.
