Crest Dealership

We had a good experience at the Chrest dealership. The sale person explained all the details about the car and help set-up XM radio station and our blue tooth. He went through other features on the car. The only thing that wasn't offerred was a test drive which I wish would of happened. The car has a noise in the steering and now needs to go back in to be repaired.

My new Cadillac EXT

Crest is the BEST! From test drive to drive home was a short 6 hours! It could not have been an easier, more courteous, and or satisfying purchase experience. It has been 3 months and I still am impressed! Crest is a great place to buy a car!

So-So Experience

The buying process was okay as the bulk was done over the internet, but the car was not prepared well at all for delivery. They only had one key, there were stickers from the previous owner left on the windshield, there was no owners manual, one of the tires was balding, they only had one key Fob (although that was corrected), and I was supposed to have purchased a service contract on the car, but the individual putting it together was with another customer, so he said he would mail it to me. Two weeks later I never received anything, so during a service visit I mentioned it to the sales manager, and here were are three months later and I still haven't received anything. This was the first vehicle I purchased from Crest, and I'm not sure if I will purchase another. Overall I have been satisfied with the service department, although dissatisfied that a CPO vehicle has needed to be in the service department four times in three months. I don't think the sales department really went through all the inspection points on this vehicle before they "certified" it.

The internet

I worked with Chuck and he got me a great price and had everything all set so when i went into the dealership i was there less than 2 hours and driving home with my new car. Every one at the dealership was nice but i just want to say Chuck was great. Thanks Crest

I recently purchased a car for the second time from Crest...

I recently purchased a car for the second time from Crest Cadillac. The reason I keep returning is simply the professional way I'm treated when I walk into the dealership. Everyone from the GM to the salespeople to the service consultants have always made me feel comfortable and confident that they will listen to my needs as opposed to telling me what they think I need! As a woman who hates being pressured, they have always taken the time to work through the process, even though I am not financially able to purchase new and expensive cars. This type of attention is the reason I have not shopped around since my first experience at Crest, but instead have gone directly to them for the next car . . . and the reason why they have earned my loyalty for future purchases and recommendations to friends to "go to Crest first!" In this information age it's easy to shop and get deals online, but I still value building relationships and I think Crest is excellent at doing that with their customers. It's also nice to see the same faces year after year, which tells me it must be a good place to work. In this economy price and financing options are more important than ever, but for me that has to be combined with feeling good about where and how I'm spending my hard-earned money, and I feel good doing business with Crest!

Our Crest sales rep, Chad Kittlaus, is an extraordinary person. He is the most courteous, patient, competent man I have ever worked with. Chad knows each vehicle's "bells & whistles" thoroughly and furthermore, he invests time in teaching new owners how to set the electronics according to our individual preferences so we can get the most out of our vehicle. This singular gesture is a very special gift! Chad's efficiency not only made the entire purchasing experience very simple and orderly, but also, he has been highly responsive to any questions we have had in the 18 months following our purchase. Throughout the sales process,Chad respected our needs and he worked with us at our pace. He treated us as if we were the only customers on the planet. Purchasing a car can be stressful, but Chad clearly presented the options and caused us to feel confident we were making the right decision. Bought new vehicle for my wife for our anniversary...

Bought new vehicle for my wife for our anniversary CTS.....Everyone one great and even presented it with a bow and a dozen red roses. They took extra time going thru every option and it has been serviced on two occasions...both times came back clean and neat and we had substitute transportation. They have a modern , clean facility and are extremely friendly and were more than competative....finding the right color I new she would want......I think they have been in Syracuse a long time and have a good reputation....
