Bought a car from Precision Auto in Pleasant Hills earlier this week. They were awesome! Made the whole process head ache free and were extremely organized! I would recommend to everybody! These guys are the real deal!

I recently found myself in a position where i needed a high quality used car for business purposes. Let me start by saying I have notoriously bad luck with car buying and owning. That said, I did my research this time around. I found the truck I wanted (an 08 Tucson), contacted David at Precision and was driving home in it a few days later. He answered the million questions I had within minutes through numerous emails and phone calls. Incredibly communicative. He showed me pricing evidence to give me confidence in both the amount I was receiving for my trade-in and paying for the vehicle I was buying. He had all the paperwork done and ready for signing when I went to pick up the truck. He was super friendly and enthusiastic about providing great customer service. He got me a great financing deal and he went above and beyond to get me back on the road. To boot, they filled the gas tank on the truck before I drove it off the lot. I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience. Precision Auto provides great service, quality vehicles and their staff is knowledgeable and more than willing to help. I'd definitely go back and I'll recommend them to anyone looking to buy a great used car!

I looked online for the perfect truck to fit my budget and finally found it at Percision Auto Sales.I called about it and they waited for me to come look at it.I came two hours away to look and when i did the truck was just as David said and better. David was friendly and professional no pressure to buy and down right honest. I would definitely do business with again and highly recommend. Hello, everyone my name is Jewele WHEN was looking for a dealership it had to have excellent service and great vaule. Before I went to precison auto i looked online at 32 different auto dealerships; including a few pay here buy here. I REALLY wanted to make sure this time around i was making the right choice for my budget, time,and peace of mind. NO LEMONS, no leaks, no engine problems ect.. I definitely recommend Precison Auto Sale if you are looking for an excellent vehicle and a dealership with no hidden fees. "Beleive me, i reviewed the paperwork!" David the car sales man made sure the car payment fit my budget and the year terms where going to fit my needs. The jeep i got is amazing in fit my personality. Dave really worked hard to find a perfect financial company for me although my credit is not so great.. I appreciate all hes time, patience and caring and reassuring me about getting a awesome suv. After looking for months for a used car for my teenage son, this was my far the place dealership we visited! The cars were so clean and there were only cars in good condition on the lot, and they even have a 90 day warrantee so you feel confident that your car is in good working condition. The prices were so reasonable that we didn't even try to negotiate down. The sales person was very friendly and we never felt pressured at any point to buy. I recommend this place to all my friends.

We had been researching the purchase of a used Jeep Grand Cherokee and narrowed it down to a specific model/year/etc. We kept seeing a vehicle that met our needs at Precision Auto Sales but was a bit leery as they are a small car dealer and was concerned about reputation, quality, etc. We decided to stop by and met with David Holland, their General Sales Manager. I give David and Precision Auto Sales my highest regards. Car buying is one of my least favorite things in life, but David does not come across as a ?used car salesman?. He is genuine, down to earth, and seems to have an attitude of trying to find a good win-win for the customer and his business. Their philosophy seems to be to price cars at a fair price (most seem a bit below the `big dealers?), provide a good quality reliable car that has recently been inspected, and they seem to take pride in their reputation. In addition, the car was beautifully detailed (even the engine). It felt almost new. While they have a small lot, they turn their cars fairly regularly and in reading multiple reviews, most seem very pleased with their experience. The car we wanted had a few minor issues, and Dave immediately addressed them. After we signed the papers, we actually found one additional issue and he could have just sent us on our way, but instead he said no problem ? I?ll make it right and he did. Never thought I?d write a review about a car dealership, but I genuinely respect Dave and his business, and he will be the first place we go to look for our next used vehicle. Thanks Dave for a pleasant experience and a fine car. We will be back!!

This is a small place, with not a lot of inventory, but if they have something you are interested in, they are very up front about the entire process. We drove about 3 hours to see 2 vehicles they had listed, and ended up purchasing one of them. There was not a lot of "wiggle room" in the price of the vehicle, but we still got a good deal. Customer service was way above expectations, they were readily available by phone, and any concerns I had were explained and/ or taken care of on the spot once I was there.
