I really like the professionalism my sales guy, Hugo

I really like the professionalism my sales guy, Hugo demonstrated! He was very helpful and attentive. Alex the Genesis Manager was also helpful in locating the vehicle that I wanted. Overall, I had a great experience.

I brought my Sonata in for a warranty R & R of a

I brought my Sonata in for a warranty R & R of a defective oil pan. Condition/complaint: Slow leak through the wall of the pan just right of the oil drain plug. (compromised material at the break-point during the stamping process during fabrication) The service writer Ms. Stephanie Mutter was very professional and thorough, efficient. The decorum of the entire service writer staff was professional and clearly focused on performing their respective tasks. Whie the technician had some question as to the precise location of the oil pan defect, Ms. Mutter took the time to confer with me as I had inspected and diagnosed precisely where the defect presented itself. Taking that additional step of consultation with me as the customer allowed the technician to locate the defect very quickly and move toward repairing the condition. I was additionally impressed that Modern Hyundai had a replacement oil pan in stock as the condition present on my vehicle is likely uncommon. The vehicle had to remain inactive overnight to allow gasket material to fully cure. The next day Ms. Mutter was off, however the other Service Writer team members proved very professional and helpful in facilitating pick-up of my vehicle. In summary I would have to describe my experience with the service department as textbook correct representing the dealership and Hyundai product in the best possible standard.

I have a 2023 G80.

I have a 2023 G80. I used the Valet service for the first time. Free oil change and tire rotation. What a breeze using the Valet service.
