From start to finish, the service was highly professional

From start to finish, the service was highly professional and friendly. Cindy was fantastic specifically and was extremely knowledgeable about the car, its features and the process. She helped me set up bluelink and made sure she went over features of the truck before I left. The finance guy was also amazing. At no point did we feel pressured for any add ons. It was overall a pleasant experience, and atypical of my experience with other dealerships.

This was my first visit to you Service Department.

This was my first visit to you Service Department. Stephanie Mutter (Service Advisor) was very cooperative and helpful regarding the details for the required service. I intend to maintain a close relationship with her regarding any future service needs. My residence is 35 miles from your location. This is ok with me - since it is the closest dealership. So far I like my 2023 Palisade Calligraphy a lot.

David Kim did an excellent job with the delivery and Jamie was extremely helpful with the Pricing. Paul did a great job with the transaction paperwork

Quality Service!

Support in the Service Department was fantastic They provided me regular updates while I waited, and went above and beyond. I had the door guard peel off on the drivers door and asked if they could replace it - when further investigating, they found some issues with the ones on other doors and replaced all of them!

Great service

Richard was amazing and Jamie! Richard from the first moment he was very professional and respectful! He made everything so easy and moved smoothly! I would send my family and friends to him for sure! He showed me everything about my SUV and more! We love his positive energy! And I love Richard video!

Good service

It's where I purchased the car. I feel this is the best place for service but I shouldn't have to tell them when changing tires an alignment is not optional it should be part of that service. I should also not have to ask about coupons or discounts that might be available. It's sad there wasn't one face I recognize after year's service. Every industry is suffering.

Friendly, Quick Service

My sales person was very amicable and helped me out through the whole process and made sure I got what I wanted. Even through some issues that arose he made sure I was satisfied with my purchase and got the car I wanted and needed.
