Dealership lied about having a car in stock that they definitely did not actually have. Complete waste of my time.

Tried to buy an SUV but salesman did not return calls on

Tried to buy an SUV but salesman did not return calls on at least two different occasions. While he was supposed to get back to me I was forced to follow up with him instead. This delay resulted in apparantly losing the vehicle to another person. The only way I found this out was, of course, me folllowing up with the salesman due to no return call. I do not normally give negative reviews but this was so frustrating.

I wanted to trade-in my 2022 BMW X5 M for the 2024 lexus

I wanted to trade-in my 2022 BMW X5 M for the 2024 lexus GX550 but the salesman told me that they don’t want trade-ins, they want to reserve the new cars for their loyal customers.

Exceptional!

I highly recommend Lexus of Lehigh Valley. I purchased a 2023 RX 350 hybrid without ever sitting foot in the dealership. I live in the Washington DC area and they provided door-to-door home delivery service at no extra charge. My customer experience manager was James Kelly and he was extremely responsive and fair. Most of all this was the easiest car purchase transaction I have ever completed and I have bought many cars over my life. No pressure for add-on items and no dealer mark ups. They drove my new car from their dealership to my home, and two technology proficient professionals showed us every feature of the car - Bluetooth pairing of the mobile phone set up of the garage door opener, explained all the features and settings, set up Apple CarPlay and the Lexus mobile app. And they patiently explained everything to us. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Great Customer Service & good price!

Jake Boyle was excellent through the whole process & we have bought a used Lexus from same dealership over 5 years ago & my son is still driving it. All the staff in the process were great. The General Manager as well.
