I had great customer service from Sebastian while purchasing my new lexus. He was very thorough showing me around the dealership, taking me out for a test drive and making sure I chose the car that I wanted. I also appreciate his patience showing me all the features associated with the car and helping with the set up. He is a wonderful representative for great customer service.

Had my GS350 in for service. Once again they did a fantastic job. From scheduling to loaner car to actual work on the vehicle. This is the BEST service you can get. Car was completed when they said it would be and it was washed and vacuumed. This place is hard to beat!!

The dealership is a pleasure to deal with. They make a sales experience fun and easy. Their service department is really amazing. We take all of our cars there even the other brands that we have and they are happy to service them. When we're in a pinch they pick up and deliver which is VERY convenient. Highly recommend them.

I met with John who did a great job explaining the various departments and operations at Lexus of Lehigh Valley. A bit later I was introduced to Chris who did an appraisal on my trade-in. During Chris' process he discover a problem with my vehicle's documentation that would have a negative consequence on my trade-in value. Although, I had documentation that proved there was a error in what Chris had discover, he went out of his way to see that the documentation error was corrected. Even though I didn't purchase the car I came to see, both of these guys displayed professionalism at its highest level. They are currently looking for a car for me and I want to do business with them and Lexus of Lehigh Valley.

Came into Lexus Lehigh Valley today to just look. Wasn't planning on buying, I'm a Range Rover guy and I recently totaled it so I was in the market for another vehicle. Within 2 mins of exploring the Lot i was approached by Sean Cook and right of the back his persona and car knowledge was amazing I told him I was only here to look specifically the Gx truck model. He explained the pros and cons perfectly. He Ended up Showing me the 2017 Lexus Rx350 F sport and instantly fell in love. He explained the features and details to a T. Took it for a test drive and I was sold. Thanks to Sean I was able to walk out today with a brand new Lexus RX 350 and as 50yr old man I have to say this was the easiest car buying experience ever. If your in the market for a new car I would definitely check out Lexus of Lehigh and ask for sean cook he will make the process as easy as possible and explain everything about the vehicle to the best of his and your knowledge. great experience at the dealership. Sales person, Sean, took the time to show us everything and different options with such a friendly attitude. Manager was also very accommodating to our requests which made the experience even better! To top it all, they offer such a great service such as valet service.

I was treated like a queen at Lexus of Lehigh Valley. The staff was friendly, helpful and very efficient. I was given a loaner for my repair ( a 2017 Lexus) which was a pleasure to drive.
