Transformed buying experience

From the moment I walked into this dealership, I felt like I was part of the community Lexus has built - one that is transparent, reliable, luxurious and familial in nature. James Johnson was a great consultant for me. He educated me about their new buying proces, which suited me well and the cars he pointed me toward to test drive really suited my needs well. I'm now truly part of the Lexus family and love my NX!!

Top notch experience

Don’t go anywhere else to buy your next car! John Delloso just sold my husband and I our first Lexus and the experience was awesome! Friendly, understanding, honest, willing to accommodate our schedule and went above and beyond to meet me so I could test drive the vehicle before we committed to it. I wouldn’t go anywhere else but Lexus of the Lehigh Valley to buy!

Best take your money elsewhere people!

OMG! I would have never expected a Lexus dealership of all places, to LIE and CHEAT a customer who's family spent $110k here. This was a situation that just got out of hand and they weren't man enough to pay up and make good on their warranty promises. Instead, Mr. Cooper calls and tells us we are no longer welcome on his property. Neither he nor his GM (Carl Hesse) had the decency to show their face at the dealership to disuse the problems. They had no problem bringing themselves and two employees to court, along with their attorney Dan Cohen. Hmmm what did that cost? They sold me a $31k, 2013 RX350 CPO that had $5500 in pre-existing glass and body damage. It was a CERTIFIED Lexus. I had no reason to have to look for these damages. It was their responsibility to have done a proper inspection. They didn't. Instead they lied to cover their tracks and sent me packing. Hesse authorized an inexpensive aftermarket glass, then renigged on a $250 he refused to put in writing. I was forced to trade this car at a $12k loss. You requested we didn't come back Mr. Cooper. If that's how you treat people, I can only hope my hundreds of posts keep others from making the same lapse in judgment, I made. All Rights Explicitly Reserved Wayne Brunner Lehighton PA

Excellent Service!

This was my first time buying at Lexus of Lehigh Valley and it was the best experience I’ve ever had. My salesman, Sean, helped me have an incredible experience in car buying. He made the process easy and quick. He kept informing me on where I was in the process to make sure I didn’t get lost in the paper work! Plan on buying the rest of my Lexus vehicles from him down the road! Remember if you go to this dealership ask for Sean! You’ll have one of the best car buying experiences you have ever had!

Outstanding dealership

I purchased a 2012 Infiniti g37 from Lexus Lehigh Valley. I had the pleasure of dealing with Liza. The car was brought to my home for a test drive. I decided to purchase the car. The car was delivered to my home. Cant beat the service. First class treatment from Liza and the Lexus dealership. I can see why the dealership has won awards. Cant say enough positive comments. Great experience.

excellent service

Sean Cook’s customer service and professionalism is excellent! Everything was done over the phone, did not need to drive to dealership’s location since I live in NY( 200 miles away) He personally drove my new Lexus and picked up my old one, explained new features on a new car , set up all the applications and explained all the contents on each document I was signing. The dealership offered their discount, which was better than others and had the specific color I wanted ( NY dealerships did not have any left). Calling or visiting them will not leave you dissapointed.

Awesome, wonderful experience

My new Lexus Thank you Sean and Lexus of Lehigh. I have to say that my experience with Sean and Lexus of Lehigh was amazing !!! I dealt with the most courteous , honest and a lot of fun sales representative named Sean Cook. What a pleasure!!! Sean is a first class guy. He listened to what I was looking for and what price range I had in mind and he explained all the details and extras that were available. No high pressure sales pitch . My gorgeous Lexus RX 350 was delivered to my door 4 days later and I was thrilled to meet the guy (who I now consider my friend) that made it all possible It couldn't get any easier or better than that. It will always be a most memorable experience that I will never forget. Thank you Sean ! I LOVE my new Lexus RX 350.

2015 Jeep Rubicon
