Best car shopping experience in all my years!

I was shopping around for a new hummer and had mentioned that to the gentlemen at Autoland. When they got one in they let me know immediately, and it was beautiful! I had been looking for a hummer that I fell in love with at first sight and just hadn't had any luck anywhere! Peter E. was wonderful and I couldn't have asked for a better salesman. Not only was he patient with me during the search process, but he was kind, knowledgable, and extremely helpful! He did not push a vehicle on me that I didn't like, which is very uncomfortable and I had experienced at other places before coming to Autoland. It was clear that he broke the typical "car salesman" mold and seemed to actually take my interests and wants into consideration; he wasn't just trying to sell me the car! I would recommend buying your car from him for a multitude of reasons!

Great Salesmen, Best inventory by far.

Bought a Chevy Truck. My salesman, Peter Ethier was GREAT. Not like pushy salesmen at other places I went to...The selection and quality of trucks is unbelievable. They advertise the specialize in trucks and they weren't kidding. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone. Ask for Peter you wont be disappointed.

Thank you Jeremy for coming to help me. Several months after buying a car from Autoland my car would not start. Nobody was picking up their phone so I called Autoland. Jeremy came right out to help me. Thanks again!

Very happy with the service

I recently purchased a vehicle from Autoland. I have a little mechanical back ground and couldn't see anything wrong with the car. After purchasing the vehicle I brought it to my mechanic to have it checked out. Their were a couple of small issues that were questionable wear items. My mechanic said Autoland has a good reputation and they will probably take care of it for me. I thought for sure I was going to get the run around because the items were wear items and not under the warranty. I called and was asked when I could drop the vehicle off. I asked if they were going to fix it under the 50/50 warranty and they said no they will pay 100%. I was actually shocked and more surprised their mechanic was waiting for me to drop it off and started looking at it right away. Great job guys that is why i wrote this..

Bought 2 Vehicle's

We stopped in quickly because when we drove by and a truck caught my eye. They had some real nice trucks and SUV's. I found a truck that I really liked and my wife fell in love with a Cadillac. We drove several vehicle's and decided to buy both vehicle's. Smooth transaction from start to finish. I decided to write this review because the ABS light came on with my truck and they fixed it for me no questions asked.

Used Truck Utopia

I bought a truck here a couple weeks ago and I really couldn't be more pleased. The reason I'm even writing this review is because Autoland gave me the best buying experience I've ever had. I've driven by this dealership everyday since I got my new job and being in the market for a truck for a year or so now, I had to check this place out. My salesman was Brian and he made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. He didn't just want to sell me a truck; he wanted to sell me the right truck. I almost felt bad when I was test driving a 4th truck but Brian was even more patient than my wife who went and sat in the car after 2 test drives. All in all I am very happy with my purchase and the way I was treated at Autoland. I would recommend Autoland to anyone looking for a truck. Thank you again!

Horrible Experience

I went to Autoland today with all intentions of purchasing a van today for work with cash in hand. The only good experience I had with this place was getting a chance to deal with Brian. However, whoever he had to go speak with regarding the van I wanted (Im assuming the boss) was just plain rude. I am a business owner and this is not my first time purchasing a vehicle for work. I know what im looking for and know what it should cost.The pictures listed on the website of the vehicle are completely misleading. When I made a cash offer, based on the visual appearance and missing components of the van(missing rear view mirror, the shelving that was shown in the pictures for this van was no longer in the van or available, the spare tire was missing along with the jack and the tools for the spare, not to mention there were a lot of cosmetic damages to the vehicle that looked horrible. Brian, who was relaying messages back and forth from his boss who apparently didnt have the respect to come out and talk to his customers himself then told me that they would reduce the total cost of the van by a couple hundred dollars and if I wanted I could pay an extra $100 to get a spare tire. When I asked the whereabout of the rear view mirror, all I got was an "I dunno". To top things off, i was then told that they could finance the difference in what I was offering and what they wanted. Money is not an issue for me, if they were willing to work with me and let me bring home the car the same day I would have gone to the bank and taken out the extra couple hundred dollars that they wanted. But the "boss" pretty much just didnt feel like doing any paperwork and told me I could pick up the van the next day. I drove 3 hours just to get to this dealership as I live in Boston, and that was simply just not going to happen for me, I needed to take that car home the same day and had everything ready for it on my end. Needless to say I could keep going, but all in all, worst experience at a used car dealership I have ever had in all of my life and I have purchased a lot of cars from many different places. If you are reading this, please do not go to Autoland as they are deceptive, and the "bosses" are just plain lazy. Those 5 hours of my life I will never get back because of Autoland. Brian, if you get a chance to read this. Run as far and as fast away from that place as you possible can. You are fantastic and your customer service is great. You would do so much better in a different establishment. Wish you the best of luck.

The best truck purchase by a used truck novice.

I have never purchased a used vehicle before, so when I needed a van for my work, I was very uncertain. I could not afford to buy a new van, so I searched the internet for a work truck that I could not only afford but had to be extremely reliable. Autoland came to my attention, and I contacted Jeremy. I went to the dealership and was immediately impressed with Jeremy. There was no pressure to buy and all my questions were answered honestly. Jeremy instilled a great deal of confidence in the van he recommended. He takes a personal interest in every vehicle, he drives them and finds any possible problem and it is corrected before the customer buys the vehicle. I made the purchase and continued to be pleased by the service provided. The van I bought needed shelving and bins installed. The mechanic who did the installation was outstanding. The work was completed in a short time and in an excellent fashion. I am completely satisfied and will highly recommend Autoland to anyone who is in the market for a great used vehicle. THE BEST BUYING EXPERIENCE

My wife and I shopped for two weeks for a truck. It was a very difficult process. I was amazed that so many dealers do not service their vehicles before they sell them. On a Saturday I drove two hours in the morning to look at a truck that was described as mint condition. It was a complete waste of my time. We went home and my wife went back on the computer and found a truck at Autoland. She called and spoke with Jeremy, he was very polite and knew everything about the truck. By the time we showed up it was 10 minutes before they closed. Jeremy told me he will stay all night. They had great trucks, great service, and we felt very comfortable in the entire transaction. Thank you to everyone at Autoland.
