My daughter was up from DC and had a bad battery; without an appointment, she drove to Burns Honda, the guys checked everything, and replaced the battery in just a short amount of time. Very appreciative. Thank you.

I requested quotes from multiple dealerships prior to my purchase of a 2013 Honda Civic. Initially, Burns Honda came back with the highest quote. I wrote to Ed Altman and asked if Burns would be willing to come down in price compared to some of the other quotes I was offered. Ed asked that I come in for a test drive so that we could discuss. And I'm very glad that I did. Ed was so friendly and made me feel comfortable with my first new car purchase. Ed worked with me and the Burns sales staff to reach a deal that was agreeable with my budget. I love my new car, and I'm so happy that I purchased with Burns Honda.

Excellent service
Burns is always quick and efficient but we don't have service done that is unnecessary or extravagant. Burns is honest in our vehicle servicing!

Great Service Dept
Service Advisor listens to my concerns & ensures that mechanic addresses them. I get to request a specific mechanic. Shuttle bus took me to my workplace.
