Great dealership from sales to service

great products, lots of courtesy and knowledge. Mike Cavello, the sales person, was terrific. Will be sure to use him again. I have 24 years experience with the dealership and have purchased or leased 13 vehicles. Says it all.

Very knowledgeable and helpful

Our salesman, Gersha, was attentive to our needs and was knowledgeable with the truck. He also promised to assist with some needs after the sale. We need to have pinstripping put on and he said he will help make an appointment. Nicole, the finance person, was just wonderful.

Great customer service

Great customer service. From my salesman Joey to the floor manager Frank everyone there made me feel comfortable and didn't pressure me. At the end of the night I walked away a very happy customer.

Great service experience

Wonderful. Went for 'express service' and service dept even took care of some extra items and was so helpful. Fast service with a great ride provided to work.

If you're looking to buy a car without the 'Heavy Salesman Pressure'....then, I highly recommend you go to Burn's Honda in Marlton, New Jersey and ask for the Sales Professional,......Craig Pfeiffer! Mr. Pfeiffer is not only knowledgeable, from his years of experience with selling cars, but, his friendly and patient mannerism made my task with purchasing a car an enjoyable experience. He took the time to find me the 'exact' car, with all the features I wanted in it. Throughout the purchase process, Mr. Pfeiffer was there every step of the way.....answering any questions I had in regard to all the new technology features to following up with making sure the transaction with registering my car and handling the transfer of the tags was completed. Craig Pfeiffer, is the gentleman you want to assist you on your next vehicle purchase. He is an asset to Burns Honda dealership. Overall, my experience was a pleasant one. I received a decent trade-in value on my old Honda and they met my purchase price of my new purchase vehicle. Plus, the whole staff treated me as a 'Special Customer'; not just another customer. I, definitely, will recommend Burns Honda to my friends and this will be the dealership I will return for future Honda Accord purchases! Thank you, again.

After initiating an internet search for Honda Odysseys I...

After initiating an internet search for Honda Odysseys I was first contacted by Mr. Altman at Burns Honda. He offered courteous, professional, and competitive assistance. I was later contacted by several other dealerships. My questions to each dealer representative were answered in various ways, but none quite as clearly and directly as Mr. Altman's. He was not pushy, but responsive. When we spoke by phone, he was forthcoming. I narrowed my search to Burns and one other dealership. As it turned out, we decided to meet with Mr. Altman and we're not disappointed. He was able to meet our expectations and from all of my research, I believe we negotiated a very fair price with a minimum of angst. I would highly recommend contacting Mr. Altman in your search for a new or used Honda. Although I initiated my search via the internet, I never felt that I was receiving "cut and paste" replies from him, as I did from other dealers. Give he and Burns Honda a chance to work with you.

Linda Davey was so helpful . We could,nt have asked for a better sales person . The way she put up with my Husband made everything smooth. You have to know him to understand . I would recommend her to anyone . The price was excellent . Thank you .

30000 mile and tire repair

Staff was courteous and from the beginning gave me an estimate of how long the visit would take. He went over the findings and explained everything clearly.
