After a disappointing car buying experience at Carmax

After a disappointing car buying experience at Carmax (which resulted in returning the car), we stopped by Burns Honda to look at their new inventory. We weren’t sure whether we wanted to stick with a used car or purchase a new model. It was there we met salesperson, Edward Tulescu. Ed was one of the first car salesman that we’ve met that truly knew about cars. Any question we asked, he was able to answer. He knew the difference between model years, helped us compare the trim models, and explained the features of each. He was personable, but not “pushy” in his sales approach. When we decided to purchase a new vehicle, we chose Burns Honda over some other dealerships because of Ed. He helped us find a vehicle we liked, in a color I wanted, and at a price that was competitive with other offers. He communicated with us throughout our journey and went above and beyond to make this car purchase a positive one. If you are looking to purchase a new Honda, would recommend Burns Honda and suggest you ask for Ed as your salesman.

Dominick Brady is a fantastic sales man!

Dominick Brady is a fantastic sales man! His customer service is great- we called multiple times and he was always patient. He came in early on a day that he starts later to accommodate our schedule (we were told by someone else at the dealership when we were there). Everyone we encountered at this dealership was so friendly, helpful, and honest! Highly recommend them!

I couldn’t have asked for a better car buying process.

I couldn’t have asked for a better car buying process. The staff was incredibly helpful and considerate. My salesman, Alex Brokaw, helped me throughout the entire process and even added some humor to help with some of the longer stretches of waiting. I would definitely buy from Burns Honda again. <3

Daniel Park is the best sells man there.

Daniel Park is the best sells man there. He was awesome in every way possible. He made this purchase a breeze and I couldn’t be happier. I love my car! He made sure I knew all the buttons and how to navigate. During signing the paperwork he made sure I know everything I was signing before doing it and what I was getting my self into. He knew what he was doing and talking about and if he didn’t know the answer he made sure to find it out for me. Daniel thank you again for my CR-V. Also the finance manager was awesome and really funny and made sure I also know anything I was signing with him also.

Outstanding teamwork from the sales staff beginning with

Outstanding teamwork from the sales staff beginning with a professionally persistent salesman, James LaLena, who kept us informed of market conditions, inventory levels, etc and coaxed us along to keep us from choosing a competitor’s brand. He was supported on a day off by a teammate, “Mike” I think was his name, who answered questions for us in James’ absence. He should be commended by Honda for his professionalism in contributing to a sale in which he had no financial interest. Jim McCormick, GM assisted us in “crunching the numbers” to settle the deal James had brought to him. The final touch was a pleasant sit down with Michael Covello, Business Manager, who patiently explained to us the details of our first-ever vehicle lease. We just purchased a 2019 Honda Pilot.

We just purchased a 2019 Honda Pilot. Steve Rigler was our friendly knowledgeable sales rep. Mike Covello vas very honest and upfront with financing and Christine Hall was on point with inventory on the lot.
