My Salesman Ed Altman was great!

My Salesman Ed Altman was great!!! Friendly, and informative! Loved how he went over lots of small details about my car. Although they were short staffed took a very long process to complete sale. I arrived at 2 left at 8pm.

After months of research, we finally found, on-line, two

After months of research, we finally found, on-line, two used cars that we were interested in at Burns Auto Group, Marlton, NJ. Within a few minutes of initiating an on-line chat, Dino, a salesperson contacted me. He was very personable and straight forward. It took only a short while to reach agreement on a price for the two vehicles. We met that same day and essentially closed the deal. It was a pleasure working with Dino. He effectively coordinated with everyone including his manager to resolve pricing, service and delivery timeframes to meet our needs. We were extremely pleased. The cars were a graduation present for our grandsons. They were elated to receive them. Thank you Burns Auto Group in Marlton, NJ it was great doing business with you.

It’s amazing when you’re in the market for a car the

It’s amazing when you’re in the market for a car the people don’t leave you alone they’re constantly calling you. After you buy the car you try to get in touch with them with questions and they ignore you I’ve been waiting 5 1/2 hours for a callback. Won’t be doing business with this place again. I bet if I called and left a message that one of my family members is looking to purchase a car. They would probably call me back in five minutes.

Saul is quite knowledgeable about his product. He is friendly and humorous and can stay on task even under pressure. Everyone is personable and ready to engage. I was in the dealership during a heavy rain and hail storm; everyone was reassured, issued warnings about staying away from windows. Business continued. Brian Hughes made the paperwork easy to complete.
