This was the first place i visited while searching for a used car. I am 18 years old and was looking for something cheap and in good condition. i ended up buying a used chevy impala in ok condition. after buying the car from michaels auto plaza, the company did many repairs on the vehicle making it nearly perfect.

This was my first time buying a vehicle from a dealer and I had a great experience at Michaels Auto. Mike S listened when I explained what I wanted and could afford. I feel he went above and beyond to get me my dream vehicle. I was treated with total respect from the first phone conversation, through the financing process, test driving, and picking up my Jeep. I even got my picture taken in my Jeep. (Who Does That?) I am happy to know there are still salespeople that enjoy working with/for people. Thank you Mike for helping me believe "Dreams Can Come True"

The salesman(Frank) that I dealt with was friendly helpfull and didn't try to talk you into buying a car you had no interest in. Michael in the finance department had all our paperwork ready to be signed when we got there. It made the process a lot quicker. They replaced two rotors and put on two new tires before I picked the car up. An oil change was also done, Overall things couldn't have gone better.

Thanks to the friendly people at Michaels for a terrific experience getting a great used car. Special thanks to Mike Smith, truly a "no pressure" professional salesman. Michaels went out of the way to insure the safety, they did complete brakes on the vehicle although the brakes were within specs for NY State inspection. Generous deal for my 10 year old trade in. I would recommend Michaels to any prospect buyers. Go see the Russian, they are good people to do business with.

I just bought a 2006 Harley Davidson F 350 Diesel truck, Erik from day one was very helpful and had my best interest in mind, Eugene from financing helped me get the loan without any headaches or any money down. The truck had a shake when it reached 50 mph, they went out of their way to fix this problem before I could take ownership. I had to wait a week to get my truck but it was worth it. They could have been like most dealerships and sent me on my way with the shake. I probably wouldn't have known the difference. Thanks Micheals auto, you guys are great!

The sales person named John and Eugene treated me so good and helped to get my beautiful black Camaro. Best dealership I have ever dealt with! They treated me as if they knew me all my life. I wasn`t really looking for a new ( used) truck. I went there to just look at a truck I seen on their web site... Looked it over and left. Went home ,e mail them about the truck. I went back and looked at it again.. Wasn't really the truck I wanted.. Mike, Showed me a few more truck in the same price range. I fell in love with an F150. I bought it!! I never bough a vechical so EASY... I was waiting for the B.S. to start.. Sign here and there ok come back tomorrow and it will be ready... After I got the truck, there was a few problems.. I took it back. I said to myself now here comes the B.S.!! NOT at all they took my truck, went thru is and fix it. Keep me in the info circle at all times. AND here the KICKER. They said my truck was ready. I said How Much is it going to cost me? They said No Charge!! The truck has been running fine ever sence( knock on wood) I bough many a car in my life time. I never bought a Vechical with such ease.. They even beat the financing rate on a Big Dealer, where I got my last car.. Very Happy Dealing with Michael Auto Plaza.!!

I found the exact car I was looking for at Michael's Auto Plaza. My sales experience was great - the entire staff - literally - played a role in the process. In particular, my main contact John A., was professional and easy to work with, which was much appreciated. Also, Erik, Michael and Eugene all helped make sure that I was taken care of and that all my questions were answered quickly and to my total satisfaction. Kelly was great routing my calls to the correct person and making sure I had all my paperwork at the end too! I would definitely recommend Michael's Auto Plaza - the personal attention and family atmosphere are a welcome change to the typical car buying experience!

good service, they take time to discuss all the paper work with you. But the truck I bought was not detailed well there was still stuff on the dash and cup holder from when they got it in. But over all it was a smooth transaction.
