Looked for months for the right 911 turbo. I came across Cosmo Motors on multiple websites and recognized the name from seeing them on a car in NASCAR. I checked out their inventory and couldn't believe the verity of hard to find cars they had. Including my dream 911 turbo. I contacted the dealership and got a quick response. Matt was on top of the process from the first min to the end. He sent me additional photos, video of the car, helped me with transportation to my beach house... everything. It was incredible. They have amazing pricing. I tried to negotiate but quickly realized that they aren't "that place" but their price on the car was already fair as it could have gotten. The financing was quickly arranged by Chance the finance/ general manager. He beat my credit unions rates and terms. Saved me a bunch of money. The car was shipped to my doorstep. When it arrived I still was a little nervous.. first time I've ever bought a $70k car without looking at it first. I'm not going to lie, I felt a little sceptical because everything was "too perfect". The car showed up, and not only was it as nice as they described it to be, it was even nicer! I couldn't believe how perfect this car was. It smelled brand new! There wasn't a chip or scratch, no paint work, no curb rash... nothing.. I drove the car over the weekend and took it to the dealer on Monday to get checked out "just in case" they said it was the cleanest 2008 turbo they have seen in a long time. I still felt like I was missing something. Things were way to easy, smooth and it was too good to be true. Well they weren't. It's been roughly a year, the car is still perfect, they sent me cookies after the sale, they sent me a Christmas card. The service is just unreal! I will never ever buy a car, any car anywhere but there. A+ guys. I couldn't be happier. -John

I purchased my 2001 MB SLK 320 in October of 2016 from Cosmo Motors in Hickory, N.C. I have put over 2500 miles on the car (10/16 - 3/17) since purchase. The car has proven to be everything that Cosmo Motors has said it would be and has lived-up to all my expectations. The car was almost as brand-new. I did have a problem with the car having too much oil in the crankcase, but that was easily remedied. I think I had to pay a little more than my car was worth, but that is what you need to do for quality. I wish I had enough money to buy the MB SL550 they currently have for sale. Great experience with the Cosmo team. The car is everything I expected. Matt was candid and professional, which made the car buying process easy. The owner was involved in the process and has a great start up story that he and his team are proud of.

The place is run with overpriced vehicles, I mean come on he is asking new prices on vehicles that have 3 or 4 thousand miles on them. To top this, the staff is very arrogant, and act as though they are the only ones with any knowledge on cars. Would not recommend to anyone so they can further line the pockets of this loud mouth New Yorker.

Short and sweet. Besides buying the car of my dreams, this was the worst buying experience of my life. Financing, down to getting my tags was a hassle. I would never recommend this dealership to anybody.

Great customer service and friendly sales staff. One of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. Was very pleased I would highly recommend them and buy from them again in the future.
