Great deals. Justin made the sale process easy and was great to work with. Only suggestion I would make is to be sure to call the Niagara Basil directly and speak to them from the onset to ensure that communication is on track from the beginning.

Everyone was very helpful. Chris our salesperson pointed out that my husband being a first responder qualified for a rebate from ford. I was very impressed by that. We financed our vehicle and the finance manager was awesome as well.

Never again
I will never buy another vehicle from basil ford of the falls. I bought a Ford escape from them and it has had issues. it now has 97k on it but I just found out that it has a bent frame and it was not disclosed to me. the vehicle has been through three sets of tires before 100k. the vehicle has made wheel bearing noises which I was told was normal. I reached out to the dealership this morning to talk to the general manager James Cain. after texting back and forth with the service rep all day James refused to call me. he sent me an email basically stating that they will not do anything at all. I have the escape from them and my girlfriend bought a focus from them which has alot of issues also. I will never buy another vehicle from basil ford again. and possibly never another ford. I am very disappointed with their customer service. never again.
