Sold me an ABSOLUTE LEMON.
Sold me an ABSOLUTE LEMON. I have only owned the vehicle (a low mileage Yukon) for a year, and in less than 12 months I have had to pay for a new battery, new air conditioning lines, 4 new brakes and calipers, 4 new tires, a new door handle, and a new sway bar. $3k in the first year of owning the vehicle that had less that 45K miles on it. They also gave me a car fax report for the truck that showed no accidents, however after owning it for a a few months I found evidence they had replaced the rear bumper due to a collision. These people are liars, cheats, and the epitome of sleazy car dealers. Avoid them at all costs. If I could do it again I would have bought from anyone else.

First time for service at Basil in Niagara Falls and it was a very positive experience. Took the truck in for a recall but also had a few other issues going on. They diagnosed the problem, gave me a quote, and had the repair done within the quoted amount and timeframe. Will definitely be going back.

Buyer Beware!
We purchased a used car for our daughter. They drove it over 300 miles to “close” a sensor because it kept failing safety emissions. When we did finally pick it up, they never changed the mileage on our contract. Trying to get out of NYS lemon law? Anyway, started driving home and just pulled out of parking lot and the brake light is out! How did it pass inspection? Ok so probably a bulb? Wait it’s back on....no it’s out again. Hmm we will call dealership when we get home, 2 1/2 hours to get home. Here we travel on I-90, almost to our exit in Fredonia and the Stabiltrak light comes on. What the heck is this! We get off our exit and text Mike our salesman, who said he will get right back to us. NOPE. I told my husband we are 1 mile from Basil Chevy, let’s just take it there. They were BEYOND helpful. I wanted it either fixed or my money back. They said of course and they will check things out. 3 days after the drop off, still no word from Basil Niagara Falls, shock of all shocks. I felt like I was time warped to the 1970s where they sold craps cars and shoved you out the door and then said too bad too sad. Back to Basil Chevy, they had to fix a part that was making all kinds of trouble. Plus a few extra things When they contacted Basil Niagara Falls, they just kept saying well it isn’t a new car and I hope they know that. Really?!? That’s their answer?! Final Review.... Basil Ford Niagara Falls..STAY AWAY! Basil Chevy Fredonia..definitely where we should have gone!

Didn't buy here and won't
Made an appointment to look at a car, drove half an hour in rush hour traffic to get there at the appointed time, to walk in and be told they had sold the car. They had managed to text, email and call within 10 minutes to set the appointment, but couldn't manage to let the us know the car was sold? Claimed they had emailed, which they had not, and even if they had, someone is traveling to get there why would you email??? The listing for the truck is still on line......bait and switch? Not our first unfortunate experience with a Basil dealership.

Left my car for a recall at 11:15am and returned at...
Left my car for a recall at 11:15am and returned at 1:10pm and car had not been in yet. Service tech said it would be done in 20 minutes. At 2:10 lwebt to service and car was done with out anyone telling me. Passenger seat was filth and I had to scrub it clean.
