Was in and out for an inspection so quickly employees very helpful lease all my vehicles from west no issues ever

Cant believe the highway robbery of this place. If I get quoted for a repair, I should not come back to a $450 difference form what I was told Id have to pay….with no explanation for why it was raised. When asked the explanation was the same. Not the first time Ive had a sour experience here, but its the worst one. And the last. Do not go here please.

Took car in for service. They were friendly and kept me up to date as to what was going on. I was given a loaner vehicle.

I accompanied my nephew to purchase his first new car and our experience couldn’t have been better. We were helped by Taylor Baach and he was awesome. He was as excited as my nephew that it all worked out. The finance folks we worked with very helpful and nice. I have bought many new cars and this was by far one of the best experiences due to people we worked with! Thank you Taylor and West Herr!

I feel bad that I don't remember everybody else's names as I want everyone to get credit for their help. I really enjoy taking my SUV to Ford for service. Kyle made my experience great as usual. He helped me pick out the proper service options for what I needed. He didn’t try and upsell me on stuff I didn’t need. He even told me I was didn’t need to pay extra for something that was already included for free in my service
