My experience was top notch from start to finish with Francis Johnson, he was right their with me walking on lot looking at different trucks until we found what I wanted. The vehicle had to be brought from another lot, but all was done very well, and super fast.

Key not recognized

I?m having problem with my car starting. Car doesn?t recognize the key always. They ordered me a new key phob but didn?t call to let me know when it came in. I don?t feel they tried to fix problem just band aid it. Still has same problem.

I have been coming yo Crossroad Ford since 2007. Yes I have been to Capital Ford. They are rude over there. Also there service department isn't as good as Crossroad's . Now wouldn't you think by now if I wasn't happy . Would I still be coming Here?

Scheduled service

Received a note from the salesman that sold me the car for a free car wash. After getting the car serviced, I was advised by the service advisor that the service department does not provide car wash services. This clarification needs to be communicated on any future offers from the sales staff.

Fast, friendly, efficient.

I went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. A customer service rep met me outside and greeted me with a smile. I was treated kindly by all staff. The mechanic made important recommendations on future repairs. I was in and out in no time. I will definitely come back.
