I bought my super duty at friendly Ford and always had a good experience. I always talked highly of the dealership, even Referred several people to them overalways had a good experience the years, but that all changed on 5/4/22. I had a 2022 Bronco Sport tagged and i was waiting for it to arrive. I told the salesman that I was securing my own financing. the Bronco arrived early and I had my approval letter sent over at 430, which the salesman verified. At about 5 I had my wife drop me off, and she left, as I was just to pick it up. There was one older couple in the whole place and just sitting in a corner office I noticed. I waited for almost 50 mins and started raising questions of why it was taking so long. Again, basically, no one there. finally a finance guy came out and said the approval was wrong, I said no, but he insisted. The approval was for the amount of the vehicle, plus TTL. He then lied to be about a certain % it had on it. I finally said I would get it fixed the next mornin, as it was now conveniently pass 6PM. He made sure to tell me, that's why you should finance with me. He said ok and even lit on the paper what he claimed it would take. I called my wife and was waiting for her to come back and get me and I noticed that older couple who had been just been sitting there like waiting for something, were not out opening my Broncos doors. I texted my worthless Saleman, and he dis not respond. I also had got ahold of my loan office after she seen my email asking for help. She said all was right on the financing I went back inside and ran into the finance guy, who turned into an extreme smart xxx. I asked what was going on and he said there were other customers who were interested and were buying it. I said, you are actually selling it from under me? I had financing and insurance already set up. He said yes, I asked for the general manager, and he said, he is not here, you have me. I said y'all are a joke and I would never set foot back in there, and he said OK. He was so unprofessional and what he did was so unethical. After thinking about it, that couple was sitting there waiting for that to happen, as if planned out. THe finance guy was obviously not liking that he was not making any money off of me because of my outside financing and was them. Do not go to this dealership, they will rip you off as they did me

Best Dealership
Just purchased my 2022 Ford F250 Tremor today from Friendly Ford. All I can say is my experience was absolutely amazing! My Salesman BT,, to Stanley Clark who assisted me when I ordered my truck back in December to sales mgr Blake and Rick and Billy in finace were so awesome. signing paperwork in finance was fast, and on delivery BT and Sam was also amazing so kind and knowledgeable. And Kaitlyn the receptionist at from desk was so sweet and quick getting my temporary license plate done . This is my second F250 since 2020 and all my friends and family that are from Louisiana come to Friendly Ford to purchase their vehicles. You get treated like family at this dealership and I will never go anywhere else.

Rick at Friendly ford
Was lucky to have met Rick Guzman, the whole experience was awesome. I never dreamed that after the first contact with Rick at 10:00 AM , few hours later my husband will drive off with a brand-new Bronco. It was kind of a miracle, close enough but no it was due to the hard work, dedication and expertise of Rick. He made it all possible and went way above and beyond his duty, even picking up our trade in, that we could not drive because of a health issue. Amazing, Rick and his partner Bobby made it so easy, never dreamed we will buy a car in less than several days! let alone under 5 hours. Way to go Rick, Bobby and the whole Friendly Ford of Crosby . You guys' ROCK! Way to go

Recall 21B10 PCM Reprogram.
Took my car in to get a PMC reprogramed to the latest level and the service manager refused to do it. Gave me a bluxxxx line that it wasn't a recall so they would not preform the update (Recall 21B10). Once I told him how many moiles I had on the vehicle he told me that my car had to have a problem before they could update my program. I can only assume because it was low milage he new he could not add issues to jack up the cost as he had done on previous occasions. I called the 800-ford service center and they said yes this PCM reprogram, paid by ford had to be done. I got on a three way call with the service manager, Joshua and 800-ford service center told him they have to do it and it was not an option. After the 800-ford customer service hung up the ford service manager, Joshua told me he would not preform the update. Had to call the ford service center again and they were astonished. 800-Ford service center told me to take my car to a different ford dealer, which I did and they were happy to preform the upgrade no questions asked. I was done in less than 1 hour. This was not the first time I have had issues with this service manager. I took a car in to have a new fuel pump installed which they did. Next day they called me when it was time to pick it up and told me my car was kinda miss-firing. I asked which cylinder and he could not tell me. I know it was ok before I took it in. I told them to remove my car from the stall and I would be there it pick it up. He had a list of things to do which would have cost an extra $1200 dollars. When I asked to see the readout or show me on his computer which cylinders were not firing properly he gave excuses of why he could do that. A car is either miss-firing or not, they're is no in-between. This place is a ripoff and it starts at the top. The owner has to know what is going on a condones it. Took my car to a different place and had them put it on a computer and they said my car was perfectly fine.

Scam Artist
After searching for a particular vehicle and being unable to find it, I found one would be arriving at this dealership (5 hours from me). I gave the sales person my card number for a $1000 deposit to hold until it’s arrival, estimated about 3 weeks. Oddly, got a call from my sales person the next day that it arrived the previous night. As I excitedly made plans to get it, she called back to tell me someone bought it the night it arrived. My deposit and reservation meant nothing. Spoke to sales manager who frankly didn’t care and could just say “sorry”. Don’t trust these people. On a brighter note, I ended up finding what I wanted the next day (6 hours away but made it happen)

2nd Truck Bought!
This Is our 2nd vehicle from Friendly Ford and we left again satisfied Customers. We were showed promptly every vehicle we wanted to see. We then test drove and started the buying process. After negotiating and doing figures we had at this time 3 people helping us. Then a fourth Mr Larry came out and explained everything in my new truck to me, all the bells and whistles!! Danny helped with all our accessories and Mr. Coleman was our salesman. I'm happy I didn't waste my time anywhere else. Thank you Crosby Friendly Ford

Dishonest people
These business place doesn't even deserve one star. I wish I read the other people reviews before wasting my time there. WE negotiated the deal on the phone with our sales person, David, before we drove for over an hour to purchase the car. We specifically stated that we will pay the price we agreed on and will not pay for some extra charges like nitrogen in the tires for $299 (yes, it is ridiculous) and some other fees that they try to sneak into the price. David agreed to it, but conveniently "forgot" to inform his manager about the deal that was made on the phone. When we were ready to sign the papers, the price was was about $1900 !!! greater than was agreed upon, and I am not talking about the sales tax or the registration. It was extra! These dishonest people just use the fact that some people trust sales person and sneak in some extra charges. I understand that each business has to make money and the deal is made when both sides agree on the deal. It is absolutely unacceptable to promise a certain price on the phone, make people to drive to the dealership and then try to sneak in some ($1900) charges. It is a bad business, and I have no respect for these people. I am just trying to warm people to stay away from this place, don't waste your time, they are very dishonest people

Shopping for used truck
Salesman was great, Ray Barnes. Call in advance he was wait.ing for me ready for a test drive. Worked with me and we agreed on price. very neat and clean building and COVID friendly. I would do business with Friendly Ford again.
