Sold my car after deal was closed
Made a deal on a silver 2020 explorer ST on friday agreed to come in Monday from austin to sign the papers. I get an email monday morning the vehicle was SOLD out from under me after submitting a ford credit app.

Don’t waist your time
Complete bait and switch. Absolute waste of time. Do not invest your energy calling this dealership. Advertised a car at $65K. As soon as I called they changed the price to $71k plus $1200 for snake oil sales... tire nitrogen, blue steel, windshield repair... blah blah. They think you are not smart enough to see through their scam.

Friendly just like their name
Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Felt like I was part of the family. Would definitely purchase a car from here. Also, I would like to thank the salesman for making me feel relaxed and him not being overly pushy in trying to sell me something.

Won't honor quicklane pricing
I tried to go in this morning for a works package. They tried to tell me the works package is now 55 dollars and a tire rotation would be an extra 25. The quicklane website says the works package is always 49.99 or less and includes a tire rotation. I have frequented this service department in the past, but will never bring any of my vehicles here again. Completely wrong to charge a different price than the quicklane website.

terrible. stay far away from these crooks
Stay far away from these crooks. These guys put a vehicle out at a good advertised price then refuse to sell it for that price. Tried to rip me off at every turn. Its anazing these guys can sit there and look you in the face while trying to give you an unbelievably bad deal that you would be over 10,000$ upside down on as soon as you walk out the door. Greedy folks. You would assume their required profit margin would be built into the price they advertise at. Not so.

My experience with Friendly Ford
First of all I would like to say if you want to trade a vehicle with this place think long and hard about it. I have purchased three trucks/cars with Friendly Ford. But this last visit with them tops all times I have dealt with any dealership. I took the time to get a KBB Instant Cash Offer for my truck just like I did with the last dealership I purchased a truck from. I got from them exactly what KBB offered, the first thing these guys did was to say because of a small dent in the trucks bumper my trade in was not worth the price on the Instant Cash Offer. I got at the dealership at 5 and didn't leave till well after they closed, the first offer they gave was way low they said they priced it as a XLT ok fine then. Back into his managers office he goes back out to me 15 minuets later with another offer we are still thousands apart from the Instant cash offer. Long story shortened after I sell the truck I see it listed for over 24,000.00 know I know all businesses need to make a profit but almost 6000.00 dollars ???? Hey save yourself some time and don't deal with them on a trade they will low ball your trade. And then when you call them on it they will hound you to change your review of the deal and after you call them out and show them what they did silence. *********************************************** Just as a update twice I have tried calling and making contact with the management of Friendly Ford and to this date I have not been successful in getting a call back from them. One would think if they were serious about contacting with my concerns they would do it in less than a week . *********************************************** Still didn't take the time to call me the truth Is they don't really care

Brand new F150
To start off , I was told from a few Ford dealership to not going to Friendly Ford because they will add a bunch of stuff into the contract to get their money back after the discount , SO glad I didn't listen ! The total experience was very impressive , Jose done and excellent job and got me the truck I wanted instead of having to SETTLE for something close to it . I will definitely buy and refer this dealership , thanks to all for an excellent experience and a BEAUTIFUL new Ford truck !!!!
