I called RBM to inquire about a car I saw online. Pam Banda received my call and was so helpful and knowledgeable! I was delighted to meet Pam in person and from the beginning of my sales experience to the last form signed, Pam was diligent to my needs and excited for my car purchase. 3rd car bought here - Serviced cars here since threy opened.

David Wang makes buying a car easy. No BS, knows the buyer and works within buyers thinking patterns without playing mind, money, car or market games. David is my default go to sales guy - 3rd car down with him. I've serviced Mercedes, Acura, and Jeep cars for the last 20 years - dealt with many service agents - none are memorable until now - a huge thank you to Kendall - first service guy I can honestly say is service orientated, not trying to oversell, over service, on time, not rude, not full of himself, customer centric.... GREAT asset to RBM Alpharetta.

Amazing Purchase Experience

Everyone at RBM of Alpharetta was very friendly and helpful making this an amazing purchase experience! Jeff Twiggs and Kyle Edson worked together as a team to find the exact car that I was looking for and ensured a smooth and painless purchase process. They were very knowledgeable and explained the features of the car and details of the transaction patiently and professionally. They even drove for an hour to deliver the car to me so that I could have it earlier and not have to drive back to the dealership to pick it up! I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great car buying experience.

Wonderful Sales experience at RBM of Alpharetta, GA

Ramona Razavi at RBM Alpharetta worked her buns off making sure that we received FIVE STAR Service in the purchase of our 2007 SL550. I saw the very first Posting for my wife's dream car, and immediately contacted RBM of Alpharetta and was very fortunate to connect with Ramona Razavi. After many phone calls, text messages including pictures of the vehicle that had not even been listed yet, I met with Ramona and got to see the SL550 before it had even been readied for Sale. It had just been traded in and was exactly the vehicle I wanted to give to my wife for her Birthday. Ramona bent over backwards to make sure I was completely satisfied with this purchase, from sending all my requested information, working with me on "OLD SCHOOL NEGOTIATIONS ON PRICE AND THINGS I FELT SHOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF" arranging for me to take the car to my own mechanic for inspection, and even came in on her OFF DAY to make sure everything fell into place. Not only did she do an OUTSTANDING 10 STAR JOB AS A SALESPERSON, SHE KNEW I WAS BUYING THE SL550 AS A BIRTHDAY PRESENT FOR MY WIFE, RAMONA HAD A BIG RED RIBBON ON THE CAR WHEN WE ARRIVED TO PICK IT UP. I know I was not the easiest customer to deal with, I am a perfectionist, and Ramona made sure EVERYTHING WAS AS I ASK FOR... between Ramona and Neil Turry her Sales Manager, this was a WONDERFUL SALES EXPERIENCE AND I AM SURE THERE WILL BE MORE IN THE FUTURE.
