The is the 2nd pre-owned vehicle I've purchased from RBM North. If they have a preowned vehicle on the lot, you can be sure that the vehicle is in MINT condition and competitively priced. The sales team is both knowledgeable and friendly. When your vehicle needs to be serviced, they most likely will offer you a loaner. I also found out that if you need a tow, Mercedes will tow your vehicle to a dealership a no addition cost.

I don't normally write reviews unless my experience has been exceptional. My experience with RBM of Atlanta North, specifically, James Younis has been a real pleasure. James was courteous and extraordinarily accommodating in the process to make sure my buying experience was an exceptional one. After test driving a GL450 and an R350, I settled on a second hand R350. However, the price at RBM North was better than anywhere in Minnesota – where I live. I bought this car without seeing it in person but I trusted James throughout this process. The car was delivered to me for FREE in Minnesota – you can’t beat that! The car is exceptionally clean! I am really happy with the purchase and I love the car. Thanks for the great car, great experience, and I definitely recommend James to all.

I picked up a nail in one of my tires and had a slow...
I picked up a nail in one of my tires and had a slow leak. I brought it to RBM North because of my previous service experience and that is where I had purchased the tires. Steve Byrd, my service adviser, said he would contact the tire company to see what they could do and would call me. He was able to get me a loner vehicle and I was able to go on to work. When he called to inform me that the tire would be replaced and my only cost would be for mounting and balancing I was more than pleased. Steve also told me that he would have the service department check the other tires for wear and determine if my alignment was out. He called me later in the afternoon to let me know that the car was ready for pick up and what my cost would be. I feel that the communication and concern that Steve had with my situation was beyond expectations and I would recommend RBM North and Steve Byre to anyone that has a Mercedes and needs service. They will be very pleased.

What a great experience we had at RBM North. Everyone was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Our salesperson, Joe Ydunate, was knowledgable and professional. He made sure I received the car with the color combo and options that I wanted. I absolutely love my ML350. Thanks Joe.

Steve worked hard to resolve issue. Was an excellent communicator advising along the way as repair progressed. However, after repair, technician reported transmission shifted with a bang, and did not notice turbo was not functioning. These two problems were the result of a vacuum line not being reconnected after being dislodged when the serpentine belt broke.

Adam was very helpful and was a pleasure to work with in purchasing my new Mercedes. He had a vast knowledge of the available vehicles, and was very patient with me in narrowing down just what I wanted.
