Basically bought the car over the phone after seeing it
Basically bought the car over the phone after seeing it in the internet. Communication was great. Once I arrived at the dealership the employees were great. They had the paperwork completed and waiting for my signature. However, on the way home with the car I noticed a chip in the windshield. Contacted the dealership via email and text. No reply! Spoke with salesman who said he would have to talk to his supervisor. Never heard back from them so I was out of $400. for a new windshield.

Normally on all vehicles I have purchased in the past
Normally on all vehicles I have purchased in the past the dealership would at least provide me with a gas voucher. Nothing here.

It was very unorganized.
It was very unorganized. Was getting calls 3 weeks after getting my car about things that should of been done before I got my car.
