Paper work said one thing but was told something else. One of the workers were Unprofessional .. great car selection though

This dealership is a scam. They upcharge vehicles for 1. A second note is when you agree on a price and they go and change it on the paperwork but conveniently fail to mention it to someone. Our salesperson Jocee took advantage of the fact that we had a child with us and wasn't paying attention and told us one price, however, the paperwork that now has our signature on it says our payment is $100 more than the agreed upon price. The system is a joke and I will do everything in my power to deter anyone away from doing business here. Pathetic excuse for a car dealership.

Buying my daughter’s first car and from the vehicle to the staff, it was a great experience. It was Affordable, in great shape for a used vehicle - the staff was Attentive, Knowledgeable, Friendly, Honest and Caring!

So far so good. Brought car and there was couple of things needing fixed and they took care of it.

Just wasn't a great experience. I had my own financing, however the finance guy did nothing but try and upsale maintenance packages. I had to send in all the information to my bank even though all he had to do was call and make a couple of clicks. I gave him the information that my bank wanted. I waited an hour to try and get talked into stuff I didn't want.

Buying from Jerry Hunt was the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever have! My salesperson, Rick Green, he was the best. Didn’t try to push me. He was so patient with me and I think he genuinely cared about whether I was happy with the SUV I ended up buying. They gave me the most decent quote for my truck I was trading in. Very nice staff. We got a nice vehicle for a decent price. I would have given 5 stars if we were not rushed through the document signing process and documents were provided before we left. We have pointed out corrections that need to be made to the documents that still aren't corrected. Also, we asked about a second keyfob 3 times and were told there was only one available. After spending $250.00 to have one made, we got a call that there is indeed a second key fob for us to pick up. My suggestion is take the time to complete the sale the same at it does to secure the sale.
