Being greeted by and working with Antoine Richardson was the reason I chose to purchase my vehicle the day of my visit. I only intended to test drive and look at the available inventory. Between Antoine and Ryan/GM, I was offered a deal I could not refuse. Everyone we talked to during our purchase made the experience very pleasant and the overall process was seamless. This was my first Mercedes purchase, but they ensured it will not be my last. I highly recommend visiting them if you are looking to purchase either new or used. You won't be disappointed.

I love my new E350 4MATIC Sedan

Another rewarding victory w/Mercedes Benz of Fredericksburg. I went September 2nd responding to a campaign/promotion that ended in August. Then there was “Teddy” I can’t stop complimenting how smoothly, expeditiously and professionally transactions went with him. Thanks Teddy and MB of Fredericksburg for taking care of my wants and displaying such prompt courteous service and supplying the most beautiful and powerful vehicles one can imagine.

Mike and Sal were so helpful.

Mike and Sal were so helpful. Mike answered all my questions as well as made buying my first vehicle memorable and easy. Mike communicates well and always puts the customer first. Sal was able to walk through the entire financing process and if I had questions stopped to answer in well detail.

Steve Appel and everyone else we dealt with were amazing.

Steve Appel and everyone else we dealt with were amazing. We were 3 hours into a 12 hour drive from PA to SC when we got a flat tire, about 10 miles from the dealership. With no appointment, and a desperate need to get back on the road ASAP, MB of Fredericksburg took us in. They had the tires we needed in stock, got our GL450 up on the lift quickly, offered to shuttle us to lunch while we waited, and had us back on the road in less than 2 hours. Our family is grateful!

We went to this dealership and bought 2 vehicles in a two

We went to this dealership and bought 2 vehicles in a two weeks time. First car we bought was with Michael. We were in the lot for 2o minutes and no one approach us. So we went inside and Michael helped us throughout the process. We were in contact with him with possibly purchasing another vehicle. He was really helpful back and forth of any info/updates that we needed. We went to the lot to check in the said vehicles he sent us through texts. He was off that day. Long story short, Antoinne was assigned to help us throughout the process. Which he equally and patiently guide us like Michael. We end up buying another one which my husband love so much!!! I gave 5 stars to these 2 gentlemen that make our buying experience top notch!!!

Terrible Service

I went in to see if the information that another service center was incorrect or not. The other center told me some things that a dealership that services Mercedes Benz would automatically know. One item that I was charged for I told them where the leak was but I wanted to know more about it because some things are minor as a loose clamp will cause a leak. The Assistant Service manager kept coming to me wanted more money and some of it was unnecessary. A person who does not know would be taken for lots of money that's not necessary. I questioned this particular Manager about a $179 charge just to tell me that the windshield washer tank was leaking I told him that it was but I wanted to know where and he couldn't tell me because they did not check all he did was quote me a price of $444 for the tank only. I wrote 2 reviews and had a call from a customer care person(Megan) who I called back for a week and she would not answer or return my calls. I then saw a reply from the Service Manager to send my contact information and he would reach out to me. Well, to let everyone know about the dealership he did not return a call or email either. I will drive up North to Mercedes Benz dealerships that are honest and will service a vehicle properly.

Antoine was great and so was Mohammed.

Antoine was great and so was Mohammed. Finance was deceptive. Excellent credit and was offered 8% interest. Only when I walked out, was I offered 5.4%
